    Yes I placed an order for OTR Microwave I have been trying to email, voicemail, live chat and everything is met with no response. They will not give updates on the product nor any type of response. I just want to cancel the order at this point and order through someone else.

    We ordered this range hood on August 30, 2024 and received an email back saying our order is complete and we'd be notified when it shipped. Since then, nothing--we have called four times and get shunted into leaving voicemail. We have sent emails and gotten no replies. We have received emails offering $100 of our next purchase, however, and other impersonal emails from the company. But we are worried this is a scam. We want our money back!

    I placed an order July 22, 2024 for engraved wine glasses. I was charged $168.85 promptly! After several attempts to reach the company via email and phone to check on the status, I have heard nothing! Id still like the glasses, but fear they cant deliver. So yes, Id like to get a refund!

    I placed an order for wine glasses on May 27 2024 (Order # ****) and my credit card was promptly charged $58.95. Over three months later and I have not received them and the order status has never changed. I have emailed several times and left phone messages without a single response.

    I purchased personalized wine glasses on July 9, 2024 for $168.85. Ive called the company 3 times and emailed 4 times regarding the status of my order (#****). I haven't received a return phone call or email. Their lack of responsiveness has caused me to question the legitimacy of this company. And, after reviewing other BBB complaints, I am now concerned that I'll never receive the products. If the company continues to ignore my inquires and does not expeditiously ship the products, I would like to cancel the order, receive a full refund & purchase the items elsewhere. The glasses are an overdue housewarming gift; time is of the essence. Thank you.

    ORDER NO. #**** May 19, 2024 Ordered a 4th of July pillow in May. Never shipped never received. Left several voice mails and emails but no response. Would like item or full refund of $ *****. Thank you.

    Don't purchase from them! I ordered $100 worth of gardening supplies, but it never shipped. It's. been 6+ months and the order is still only 'confirmed.' It never shipped. I tried to cancel after a month, but I never received a response. I've sent 4+ follow-up emails with absolutely no response.

    I ordered 5 personalized small bags on March 23, 2023 and as of May 6, 2023, I have not received items nor any updates on the items. I have sent an email and called and left a message with no response. This company is not very responsive. I thought having a *****, ** address, I was purchasing from a local company but I guess I was wrong.

    ********* cover head was purchased on 02 April 2023 for $41.45. I have not received any updates to shipping in three weeks. I have attempted to contact via email three times and have not received a response. I would like to receive the order but am concerned with the lack of communication.
