    On 05/19/23, I placed Order *************** of a portable ice maker for $27.50 and free shipping. The following day my credit card had an authorization for $31.24, which I immediately contacted support for a refund of the overages but was told the additional amount was due to the currency conversion, and this was not true. I was also told the item had shipped and would deliver within ***** days. The order finally shipped on 05/24/23 with tracking number AG090860884CN and I was told to track the shipping status via 17track.net. However, the tracking number stopped updating as of 05/28/23. At which point tracking indicated it had cleared U.S. customs. I contacted support on 06/12/23, at which time I informed them that tracking was no longer updating and my order had been lost. On 06/17/23, I filed a request for a missing mail search with ***** When the package didn't turn up right away, on 07/01/23, I sent screenshots to support showing them that the package was lost and tracking was no longer updating. That same day I spoke with a gentleman with **** who stated the package was never scanned by them (****) and therefore did not clear customs as indicated by the tracking number. The following day, on 07/02/23, support stated, "We have checked your tracking number found that the package was indeed in an untraceable status.", and asked if I would wait another 1-3 days for them to look into it. When I declined to continue waiting and again asked for a refund support reverted back to claiming it was in "normal transit", which they had already admitted they knew was untrue. A few days later, on 07/04/23, support stated, "We have checked your tracking number XXXXX and found that the shipping information has stopped." and again asked if I would wait. Again I declined and asked for a refund but was refused.

    I bought a ps4 slim from them and it never arrived even though they said it was delivered I did all they asked to follow up on my missing package to no avail. They are refusing to give me a full refund of my money offering tiny percentages repeatedly instead of just refunding my money. I've talked with them many times and the refuse to repay me the full amount. They refused to tell me what carrier supposedly delivered it and I have no idea where my item is but it never came to my house. Plz help me my refund I want nothing else from them and will not give them a horrible review if I get my refund. It was 53$. I have all digital proof in the form of emails.

    On 05/0182023 I purchased a Peat **** Spreader online through Litsservices. My order was immediately confirmed and confirmation email was received that the order was successful (Order Number. ***************). A few weeks later 5/13/2023 - I asked about tracking and received tracking information for *********** The tracking has problems populating any results and after reaching out again they said that the package was delivered on 5/19/2023 but it only shows delivered to my state and not my home address. This company claims they cannot do anything else and will nto refund or provide a replacement. On 5/23/23 they provided an update and said the package is still on the way which does not make any sense if it was already delivered as claimed on 5/19/23.Here is the ** they are trying to pull: Dear Customer,Thank you for contacting us.I checked the tracking details and it shows that the package has been delivered. In this case, we can provide the tracking number AG080326499CN , and you can check the status of the package through the following URL: **************************. Or, you can check the status of the package at your local post office.Since the package has been delivered to the address provided at the checkout, we ship it to you in good faith. You can ask your friends/neighbors/family if they help you sign. Hope you receive the package as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding!I apologize again and hope you can receive your items as soon as possible.Received 6/28/2023 from vendor:Dear Customer,Thanks for your message.We regret to hear that you have not received the package yet. However, we reconfirm that the package exactly has been delivered to the correct shipping address and we shipped it to you in good faith.Unfortunately these kinds of losses are beyond our control.In this case, you can make a compalint on the post office.     Item Purchased on 29 MAY 2023 (Have receipt)Amount paid: $67.40 Seller Order #: *************** Tracking Number: AG840462780CN (***** Ship)Tracking website: ************************** Nature of Dispute: Tracking information says the package in question was delivered, when it was not. I have security cameras around my house as no package was delivered with the shipping site says (20 JUN 2023). Further, I have RX packages that was tracked via ************************** before as always a **** number is assigned once the package hits US Soil. I have reached out to the vendor who is claiming the package was delivered, but video evidence shows otherwise. Upon repeated asking via email for the **** tracking number, none has been provided. The phone number for ****************** is: **************. The business' website - ********************************* - claims to be in *****, **. If I am lucky, I get one (1) email reply per day with the same nonsense repeated and none of my questions answered. The last email I received the vendor was "offerring" to give me a 5% refund on my item. This is CLEARLY not acceptable as I want my item(s) or a full-refund.I can not goto the local post office with the tracking number as they too have informed me that without a **** number, they have no means of tracking the package in question. Email responses from the vendor have been very vague and non helpful, to say the least.

    I ordered a bicycle from them on 5 28 23.They took $66.29 from my account on 5 ***** and then another $1.99 I think the same day. Their advertised price was $58.86 free shipping over $50.00 on their site it eventually said Shipped. Several days went by and they sent me a message saying **** delivery exception incorrect info. I went to the local post office and they said the Ems Tracking number Litsservices gave me was not one of their numbers and it was a scam.

    I purchased an $37.95 bottle of Noni Juice from: litsservices ******************** on May 25th that was never delivered to my home address, nor have I been able to track, been filing complaints ever since noticed nothing has been delivered or took place and no responses on tracking of where my order truly is. If not going to recieve the order needed would like to be refunded immediately.

    Using litsservices.com, on May 14, 2023 we placed an order ******** Marinade in Minutes for a 24 pack of 1oz packets. The price listed is $38.84 US dollars and free shipping. Seller order no. ***************, MBF no. ****************. Website shows a ***** ** address and thier shipping page says they only ship WITHIN the **. First problem is that we were charged $44.05. The reason we received was that we used local currency and it had to be converted to ** dollars, which is incorrect. Next problem is that the product was shipped from *****, hardly within the **. The package arrived and it was not the ordered item, but an extremely inexpensive pair of plastic sunglasses. **************** immediately notified via email as only answering machine at phone number listed. We received an apology and they admitted a mistake. First offer was to refund 30%, then 40%, latest offer 60% and allow ** to keep the unwanted sunglasses. Also told the product we ordered is out of stock. Now litsservices customer service seems to have stopped answering emails. Their customer service email is ********************

    The company, Litsservices, has emailed ** and said we would get a  full refund in **** business days.  I don't consider this case closed until I see the charge back. I will keep you advised.  Thank you I think your contact with them has been helpful.  Again, I will let you know if  I receive the promised refund.

    On 5/15/23, I purchased a bissel cordless vacuum cleaner from Litsservices for $58.86, with shipping included. Shortly after the confirmation email for order ***************, I received another email saying the amount would be higher, this is a direct quote from the email "Due to the foreign exchange rate, the amount displayed on your statement might be a little bit different from the real price." I was actually charged $67.68 on my credit card and there was no information about this rate before purchase. An item shipped and it was received on 5/30/23.On 5/30/23 I received an item from lits services, except it was a pair of cheap plastic sunglasses, not the vacuum I ordered. I exchanged emails with their customer service on 5/30/23 and they claimed it was an error in the packing and picking and said they would let me keep the sunglasses and offer a 40% refund. I told them this was unacceptable and requested a full refund because they did not send the product I ordered. I contacted them again on 5/31/23, 6/2/23, 6/1/23 and 6/2/23. They claim their refund policy does not allow them to refund me in full- even though they did not send the item I ordered! They increased the "offer" to 60%, then 70, then 80% refund, or I can pay $20 to ship the WRONG ITEM they sent to me back to them, and they will give me "full refund". They have been shady from the start - with changing the price and then the wrong item shipped. This is their problem- I have done nothing wrong and should receive a full refund because it is a breach of contract to not send the actual item ordered. I think this is a scam tactic to offload items and make people pay for an item they didn't order. Please help! I can send copies of all emails. I wish to have a full refund in the amount charged to my card, $67.68. I do not think this is unreasonable and they refuse to fix.
