            I ordered 4 lures in December 2021 on order *****. I reached out via Facebook messenger and got a tracking number on the 10th January. The tracking number hasn't had an update since December 9th. I asked animated lure for an update and they kept saying we are waiting on usps. The last message from them was March 21st and now they have stopped answering my queries. I would like a refund or replacement.

            I bought a lure from them when they first came out and I used it 2 times and each time I dried it off and I tried to charge it the way it says to and the blue light does not come on or any lights I tried to contact them no response I would like to hear from them so I can have my issue fixed I would love to use the lure again

If you would like a replacement model and you do not want to go to the post office we can send you a PayPal invoice for 11.25. Also, due to the inconvenience, send us a video of your catch with Animated Lure and we will send you a free mini or classic of your choice on us.
