This business has begun dumping their product, the Frisco Enterprise newspaper, on my property each week without my consent or request. I see that they are doing the same for the rest of my neighbors. This junk is no less than intentionally littering on someone else's property. There is not a convenient opt-out option available on their website, NOR SHOULD ONE BE NECESSARY. This garbage should not have been distributed in the first place. The burden of proactive denial should not be placed on the residents of my neighborhood, this company never should have been allowed to distribute their product unsolicited. As I have said, this is intentional littering, no different than leaving any other item on a person's private property without their consent, and I will thus be pursuing legal complaints with the city if the behavior does not cease of its own accord. The unsolicited dropping of their product on my neighbors' lawns often ends up on my lawn, because that litter blows into my yard each week. It should not be the burden of me or my neighbors to continually clean litter left on their property by this company.
