    Started out great , courteous, great customer service. Day of move the non professional movers showed up with two box trucks. Only one gentleman spoke English and the rest did not or at least they said no enclave. Was told my scraped hardwood floors would be covered where they would move furniture. NOT THE ***** One worker was a young teenager if anything was running around in and out of the house like he was on drugs. Pocketed a sharpie marker black in color a roll of string. Probably more things as I could not be in 2500 + square feet all the time. After an all day ordeal the trucks were loaded but not packed well more like thrown in there. After a couple of months in a supposedly climate controlled warehouse (Our furniture smelted musty) our furniture was going to be delivered to our new home.This was a joke to say the least. Different crew except for two. Boxes were dropped I saw with my own eyes put in the wrong room, stuff that belonged in carport brought into house vice versa. A lot of things broken, the smell of our furniture and the items that never made it to our new home. Claim filed list of things with pictures sent about an 8 month ordeal to which we were only offered $400.00. Supposedly they had the wrong address to send check after numerous failed attempts to sign their agreement plan. Was told by ***** that he would personally see that the check was mailed to us. NEVER got it. After my review I was emailed by ***** for a good phone number so the owner could call me personally. I had and still have the same number. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL AT ALL!RIP OFF, LIARS, THIEVES and CHEATERS .

    The crew was amazing, but before we even met them, the owner came to our home and walked through everything with us. We received a quote that same day. The crew arrived on time. They disassembled and thoroughly prepared the furniture by wrapping it to ensure it would not get damaged. They were very polite, covered the floors and the front door to prevent damage. ****** was crew lead. He answered our questions and took care of all the details. They cleaned everything up. Delivery to the new house was on time. The crew worked diligently to get everything reassembled and in its place. I would hire All Star again without question. On a side note, we moved the day of the eclipse. It was a blast sharing that with these guys.

    All-******************************* did a fantastic job: packing, loading and moving everything from our five bedroom house plus garage. The guys were personable, professional, caring, fast and efficient. I would certainly use them again

    I simply cannot say enough great things about my overall moving experience with this company. Their crew was the most courteous and hardworking folks I have had the pleasure to meet. Out of all of the items we had moved across the State, I had one bowl broken, but it was one I packed myself. They coordinated my pick-up and drop-off time / dates that fit perfectly in our plans. I will be using them on my next move, as well as highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a solid moving company. Strong work!! Much appreciated.
