Worst Company ever. The do not care about customers, especially in the *** area. Please stay away from them and ***************************.

I reached out to *************************** who checked his records and believes there may have been contact with the customer back in 2021. ****** is unaware of any service-related issue nor any information why the customer would respond with a negative review.

We conducted internal research with the limited information provided (i.e., last name, email address and zip code) and concluded we have no record of communication with this individual and also confirmed the email address provided is fake/spam. If the contact information provided by the individual giving the review was inaccurate, we are happy to revisit once a correction is provided. Willow Bend Mortgage takes pride in providing exception service to our customers, referral partners and employees. This review seems to be an attempt to tarnish Willow Bend Mortgage's image by someone who wants to remain anonymous.
