- While we do not give credits or refunds, in the event that a customer is unsatisfied with a service, we will send the appropriate crew back to correct any reasonable problems the customer may have with service at no charge, provided the customer notifies us within 24 hours of the service either by phone or e-mail. If you contact us after 24 hours, we will be sure that the mowing crew is made aware of your complaint so that it will be corrected for the next service. After the 24 hour period has expired, all work will be considered to have been completed satisfactorily.
