    This is ******** Fraud, plain and simple. Do not know anything about this. We have only used tests provided by the government that were free abd available to everyone.

    They sent me covid tests that were unsolicited and not approved then tried to charge my ******** 120 dollars. Clearly a fraudulent company only opened in 2022. Contact your ******** folks and deny the payment.

    I cannot get in touch with Lone Star Medlab, by phone or email, concerning a ******** claim on my "******** Summary Notice". The claim seems to be bogus. I am filing a complaint with ********.

    THEY ARE DEFRAUDING ******** BY FALSIFYING THE SENDING OF LAB KITS.
