      This business is sending letters to home owners in our area, telling them that they may have warranties that are about to expire. Several elderly folks have express fear and anxiety over a problem that doesn't exist, because they are trying to drum up business. I know you have tricky working in there to cover yourself legally, we are asking that you consider how scary this can be to someone who doesn't know what's going on. The second notice, insinuating that there may be a critical deadline coming up is an unnecessary play on people's emotions. PLEASE STOP!

      These mass mailings from PRESORTED STANDARD MAIL U.S.POSTAGE PAID TWMS continue even if you resolve a complaint with American Home Protect, LLC 2024 **************************************. It is not honoured and mass mailings continue with urgent and personalized offers targeting baby boomer elderly and it is elder abuse

      I made a home warranty claim and as outlined in the contract I was to recieve 1400 after paying my 100 deductible for the replacement of my a.c unit on April 30th of 2025. I was told it would be processed and sent out within 30 days of the claim. It has now surpassed that and am unable to get confirmation or speak with a supervisor or manager. I was told I would recieve a call back from one within twenty four hours. It has been three days. Also would like to add I can not cancel my account without canceling my claim. They have credited me one month. But would request a refund for any months charged due to their inability to close claim in accordance with the contract.

      Upon review of your claim it was noted that the $1400.00 check was paid out in a timely matter, unfortunately it was never received by you, however we have re-added the claim to be paid and even offered an ACH payment instead of a check. You were also given a waived payment in July and a discount on the upcoming august payment. We do apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we resolve this matter.

      My air went out which I had for 18 years keeping up with they told me call a repair man I did the repair man said it was old and could not hold the Freon when he put it in it has to be replace so I did which coast a lot. Now my home want to people do not want to pay me for the replacement which is my warrant and has been eve going on sent April they keep giving me the run a around

      This company started sending me letters that my warranty was expiring on my house right after I moved in my new house Oct 2024. They had all my info, including my mortgage lender. I had to read the fine print to understand where it was coming from. I just threw them out. Now I am receiving text messages several times a week from a different phone number each time, since I keep blocking the number and reporting it as spam. Each text states, Your address at ****** needs attention. Contact AE Home Coverage Services ***********. Text STOP to unsubscribe. I do not know if letters and texts are related, but I believe they are. I never signed up for any home warranty program, or requested info on phone. I especially did not give them my phone number. I do not feel comfortable texting STOP on these texts, as I know this can sometimes be a phishing scam. I finally Googled the phone # and it is tied to **********. I have no idea what is going on with this company, but I want these text messages to stop. I receive 5-7 a week and there is no way to stop them. I report them and they just keep coming back with a new number. I apologize if this is not the same company, but I still would like to complain for the letters you sent me when I first moved in that read FINAL NOTICE on them, making me think I had a late bill to pay. I wish I had copies of these letters, but it seems like youve sent them to enough people. Either way, take me off whatever list you found my info off of and STOP TEXTING ME. This is harassment. I never contacted you or looked for any type of home warranty product.

      I accepted the companys response that they would not contact me. I received no daily texts within the time period of the BBB review and my acceptance, which was yesterday. Today, I received one of the harassing text messages again. It always comes from a new #, so I cant block it. The phone # to call is not linked to a business. *** Googled it and theres many listings that its spam. I googled the number this text came from. There are no ****** results at all, which is very strange. Im not going to click on the Stop link, as this can be a phishing scam. I WANT THIS COMPANY TO STOP TEXTING ME! I never did any business with them and I receive a text almost daily, except for the time it was under the BBB review. If they try to come back and say its not them, that is too much of a coincidence for me.

      Request this complaint be re-opened. I attempted to file a new complaint and the BBB closed it, as only 1 complaint can be made against a company. This company immediately started texting me again after I accepted the resolution that they would put me on a do not contact list. I received the text this morning. The phone number to call us listed as a Spam number on a ****** search. I ******d the # the text came from and the number is not registered to anyone, or any business, no search results. I will not text Stop, as this can be a phishing scam. Every time I report these texts to ***** a new # sends them again. I receive them almost daily. The only time they stopped was from the day I put in my complaint against them to the BBB, until yesterday, when I accepted their resolution. I believe this is harassment. I have never done business with them. I do not want their services. I want to be left alone! They stated they would leave me alone and it took less than ******************************* again. Please, BBB, I ask you to reconsider opening this complaint. The company did not follow through on what they said they would do. I have attached a screenshot of the text I received today.

      Called back in February 2025 to file a claim to have a sensor replace on ******* dual wash machine. When the complaint was filed on Feb 2, 2025 I was informed that because it was an exist problem and the warranty didnt kick until Feb 09, 2025 it could be covered. I accepted that but back in April I put in a claim to have a repair person 2 come and see why my machine was leaking I was told over and over again the the claim will be acknowledged but now after speaking to person after person on this day May 28, 2025 approximately 8:29am I was informed by a court supervisor that the claim has not been honored. I have been calling for four weeks and each time I am told something different. I am a senior citizen and I feel to believe that now my wash may want get repaired so I will have to find someone to come out to repair it. This has been a frustrating n aggravating.

      Per the terms of your contract, which went into effect on 2/1/2025, there is a 30 day wait period to file a claim. You reported that the Washing machine issue started on 2/4/2025 which was during that 30 day wait period. This is considered a known pre-existing condition, and would not be covered under the plan. That is why the claim was denied.

      Unsolicited, fake, scamming letter, proclaiming that I have a Home Warranty policy that will expire soon. Alarmist mail designed to scam elderly. There should be a penalty for this type of mail, and they should be sued to stop such behaviour. They even somehow got information as to where I bank, which was never associated with this house as it never had a mortgage and was all paid for at time of purchase. This business practice must end.

      I am rejecting this response because:  This may resolve my problem with this company, but allows this practice to continue with others.  This entire practice is unethical and must be stopped for the sake of others who may not have full mental faculties.  I suggest a stiff fine for future infractions to others of this type to prevent this practice from happening.

      I have received two pieces of first class mail from American Home Protect, LLC whom I do not do business with nor have I ever. The second piece of mail I received on 5.10.25 on the envelope it states second notice which makes it seem like "you're in trouble". This is unacceptable from a company whom I have zero ties or any accounts with and is seriously fraudulent tactics.
