1 starI just got a notice from my credit card fraud division advising me of a $39.97 chg on my card and if I authorized it!! I did NOT authorize it and they declined the charge!! I hereby UNSUSCRIBE FROM ANY SUBSCRIPTION WITH PRIMAL HEALTH AND DO NOT WANT ANY FURTHER CONTACT WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE!!!Primal Health, LP

1 star1 star is too much for such a crooked, predatory company. I hope you aren't here like I am, just discovering these thieves have hand their hands in my bank account since I made a ONE TIME PURCHASE, and months later I discovered they signed me up for recurring billing without my consent. Dear reader, I hope you see all the one star reviews here, and run. There are ONLY one star reviews, and everyone here has the same issue.The lady on the support line insists I willingly checked the box (I placed this order by a phone, and saw no indication anywhere) for this "subscription": a 12 page monthly newsletter that costs $39.97 a month. What a scam.The support lady assured me I would be refunded for the two months, a days pay, that they stole from me. Then I was only refunded a single month. Half a days pay. This review is just the start, Im going to cost you a lot more than you took from me, and hopefully save some people the loss that you caused me.This company is predatory. Look at all the reviews here! They have had ample notice that there is an issue, but have changed nothing. Why? Because milking elderly people with health concerns is apparently very lucrative.*****************************, you are a con artist and a thief of the lowest kind, preying on the elderly and the ill. Everyone here should get together and organize a class action lawsuit.How many victims are out still out there, unaware that there finances are being drained?What does it take to get a company like this shut down? 1 starI have never seen a company so blatantly take advantage of a group of people. They target individuals with MEMORY issues searching for health solutions, then sign them up for a monthly subscription with no clear warning. Trying to find a connection from the monthly charge name on the credit card statement to this company takes more than just a superficial ****** search. 1 starFall of 2023 I started to order a book from Primal Health but was redirected to new windows asking me to sign up for or order other products to which I declined. The message was continually "your order is NOT complete." I finally just stopped and closed the website.A week later I recieved the order anyway and my credit card was charged.However, my credit card was then charged approximately $40 monthly for a "newsletter" I did not authorize.I filed a fraud complaint with **** of America which was initially found in my favor and then reversed. I have closed that account too loosing all card benefits associated with Kroger 123 rewards. Numerous similar complaints have been made against Primal Health and they continue this practice. 1 starSCAMMERS WHO SPAM!! I have tried numerous ways to get them to stop spamming my email address and it still keeps coming. Desperation reeks of SCAM. I've never ordered anything from, have never heard of them ... They somehow got my email address and are relentless with the spam .... hundreds of messages daily that even if they go to the junk folder, it freezes my outlook possibly due to the content of their message. 1 starAfter reading these reviews, all I can say is thank God I never ordered anything from them! The issue is their spam emails. I have opted out time and time and time again! Ive emailed them multiple times asking them to please stop these emails! Ive forwarded these emails to their compliance email address. Im sick and tired of receiving emails from them.
