    I have been trying to get in contact with you (PaintYourLife) for 2 months now. I have requested a refund and am not interested in unlimited modifications Your return policy states I have up to 60 days to request refund if not satisfied; I ordered in May and requested refund in May and I keep getting the run around. I do not want any more modifications I want a refund of the $236 that was previously sent you.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Upon canceling your order, we've sent you the cancelation form that is needed to be filled out by you to proceed with the refund. We haven't received a response on the form, nevertheless, we informed our billing department and issued a full refund. You will receive a refund confirmation within the next 24 hours.

    This was my 2nd purchase from Paint Your Life and for the second time I was not disappointed! It is absolutely beautiful, customer service was excellent and my artist is amazing. There revision process is second to none and allow you to be in control of the final outcome. This painting was a wedding anniversary give and it was well received!     Garbage company. I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago. They supposedly offer unlimited revisions yet I've asked my artist to change specific things 3 different times. 3 different times they have just sent me the same painting that doesn't look good in hopes I would just pay the other 200. No one can contact me, the phone number is fake as I've tried calling at many different times of the day and it always says it's outside their business hours. No one responds to emails. Wasted $200 on a father's day I wont get. Thanks PaintYourLife for an absolutely horrible experience!
