      MAY 19 23 This is a complaint against Frito--Lay of *****, **. Frito Lay sells potato chips and snack foods.My name is ***********************, PO Box ****, ****** Ranch, ** 91327--**** Frito Lay should send me a refund for my purchase of their consumer goods.In my most recent visit to the store, my family bought 3 bags of Lay's Potato Chips. 3 separate bags of chips. Two bags were ***'s Original Potato Chips. The third bag was Lay's Barbeque flavor Lay's Potato Chips. Priced at $ **** which is a hefty price for snacks, plus **************** Sales Tax.When I opened the bag the bag was filled with product less than half full. Therefore, more than half the bag is empty space filled with air and no product. The weight of the bag is listed as ***** oz. *********** is performing shrinkage on consumer product but marketing as if you are getting a greater volume of product. The reality is more than half the bag is no product at all.The price is too expensive.Taking these factors into consideration, I would like a refund mailed to me by the Frito Lay company. This Complaint also lets them know the bags should fit the product being sold, do not shortchange the customer, and initiate an action to deliver more value to the consumer for dollars spent on their consumer products. Selling a more than half empty bag of consumer product is a deceptive business practice that can be remedied.There are other brands that deliver more value, but somehow with market dominance, these empty bags end up in the pantry. Customers are getting shortchanged. As such, this Complaint is filed to let the company know this is a problem that should be corrected in the interests of consumers.We need good product, quantity product, sold at a fair price; ESPECIALLY in the midst of an American recession, where individuals lack disposable resources for things like this.Mr. *** Koupai All Rights Reserved Without Prejudice UCC 1--308 F051923 Shalawam.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The company needs to send me a refund for at least 4 bags of Lay's potato chips.

      The original complaint was explicit with the issues concerning the marketing and sales of the products.

      I am very busy.  If necessary, I can take pictures of the chip bags unused and open to visually show that more than half the bags of chips being sold, by volume, is empty.  And those pictures can be incorporated into the complaint, for other consumers to see what is taking place.  The corporations call this practice "shrinkage".

      Frito Lay's Corporate needs to send me a refund for the air I paid for.

      I purchased the family size cheetos and the contents was all smashed. I contacted the business with no avail . **** seems trivial but I have a large family and if they do this to many others they are ripping off the public

      I am rejecting this response because:  I will not accept a phone call by this ** due to civil rights violations with a **mplaint today with Pepsi-Cola today. I filled a **mplaint with the ***** I had to **ntact frito lay again due to a bad **ntainer of bean dip and spoke to a professional woman from AL and she helped me for that issue.  I have had enough of these **mpanies taking advantage of the American public. I will not stand for it. !

      I bought a variety pack of chips. The ruffle bag is my favorite so after eating a few chips the next grab was a ball of cheddar. I was disgusted. I have pictures. What if my children would have eaten this or kids at the school?

      While eating a bag of lays potato chips I've purchased, I suddenly came across a unusually hard substance mixed in with the other chips. I felt a sudden jolt of pain across my lower jaw after spitting out the substance it was found to be an object that had the same look and texture of a potato chip but was incredibly hard an unable to be broken. I will enclose pictures. Immediately after this happened I wrote a complaint to Frito Lay on their website I was sent a responding email describing to me that someone would be in touch and given a case number which is ********. I received another email on Monday afternoon from someone telling me that they've tried to call me however my voicemail box was full, this email gave me a name and call back number. I've attempted to call this number 4 times and left messages each time, I have yet to receive a call or email back. In the meantime I put a call into my doctor after seeing I had an open wound in the rear of my mouth I've been instructed to gargle with salt water a few times per day. This wound has effected the way and foods I've eaten over the past week. I was a long time customer of frito/lay and always looked for their products to purchase I cannot believe I haven't been in touch with them over this period of time. The one thing I am grateful for is that it wasn't my kids eating said bag of potato chips and that I can take this pain for as long as it's needed to heal. I will not say that I will never eat another bag of chips or purchase a product made by Frito/Lay however this past week has altered my presumption, I now have to be very careful of what I'm eating when in the past I've just simply grabbed a handful and enjoyed

      02/11/2023 is the last know incident, but the initial meeting happend months ago. An employee of Frito Lay approached my 16 year old daughter and a group of friends while working in side our local ******* in ***********. His name is ******************* he is a black African American in about his late 40's or early 50's. I attempted to contact his employer and got no response. I have already contacted law enforcement. I will be pressing charges for misconduct with a minor child. I will not get into detail about what he has done with my baby girl but I can tell you this he asked her to meet him on the 11th of this month at ******* in Lakeside early about 8am, he told her his car was getting the oil changed and he wanted to feel her one last time before he leaves to ******* that day. He also told her not to come in the front of the store just wait for him by subway where I thought I was innocently dropping her to meet friends. I am sick to think what that grown man has done to my child. Now he has been transferred to ******* and that's where our home is located. I will be turning him in as soon as we receive the phone records from an investigator. I am just amazed at the type of people that your company will hire, did anyone bother to check into this mans past why he was fired by his previous employer? This man had two women file sexual misconduct while he was working for amazon. He walked up to a school teacher in a school office and rubbed her shoulders and her breast, while delivering a package. I don't know if you have children but I do and that man is a child ********* and is using his job as a cover to get little girls. Do not give my information to anyone thank you. I got the following information from my daughters phone.

      I purchased a bag of Doritos 3D only for the reason of the 1 month xbox game pass being offered. Upon trying several dozens of times to follow all steps listed on the bag I'm constantly met with errors ranging from it telling me the code isn't good to try these steps again later. I'm frustrated two whole days now spent doing this. I reached out to frito lay promo support and they sent me email with code and gave me so called steps to do yet none of the steps even exist on the website. I'm under impression that this promotion is fradulent and is solely being used by frito lay to sell bags of chips. I want my free month of game pass or some sort gift card for this inconvience its unacceptable and deceiving.

      I purchased 8 boxes containing 12 cups each of cheetos ************ at big lots store. I did not try and use any of them until the store return period was over, and the cups all have some type of glue inside. I contacted the *** and after a few discussions they agreed to send me a 50$ gift card and a bunch of free coupons for frito lay and ************ products. I did get the things they promised, but when I went to use the coupons, the stores would not accept them and told me they were counterfeits. They even told me they contacted their supplier and they confirmed they were not real. Plus, I got the coupons in October, and they were only valid through November.When I contacted them again for this issue in the middle of November, I was told there is no resolution they can offer. They kept trying to tell me to take them to other stores and try them there. I refused since I had already been to several giant eagles in the area, which is the main food stores I have. I also don't want to keep trying to use them and get accused of peddling fake coupons. They should be capable of providing a better solution than this but refused.I did include pics for them, and I still have some of the cups and can provide pics again. I will most likely be providing pics for social media.

      i been buying frito lay chips from ****** ******. i always lurchase the "flaming hot puffs" cheetos. frito lay employees choose what gets stock and even though i buy a bag everyday in my area they removed all the hot puffs for fifa soccer cup. i want bbb to contact the business for me, theres a issue with companies always trying to push propaganda. they have loyal customers like me who spend money and then they mess up they own money by trying to promote things we dont care about. bring the flaming hot puffs back. you replaced them in every store with the cheese puffs that have fifa on it. i am a black man who does not care about soccer, not everyone is into sports. your loosing customers who spend money with you every day for 1 event. that is not wise, that is not smart. i just would like to purchase the same chips i been purchashing without you switching the product for propaganda to be pushed for certain events. its making your company loose money but you think you will attract more customers advertising soccer. you are causing the opposite effect. whoever is in your marketing team and the people who stock the stores in ****** should loose their job for making frito lay loose money making these dumb decisions. bring my hot puffs back asap or i will never spend another $1 at frito lay again. ps i asked around on ******** and thousands of people agree with me. we want hot chips, not soccer!

      In early September 2022 I purchased a bag of honey barbecue chips. When I went to open the bag the entire back seal of the bag split open from the top to the bottom. There was no glue holding the seam together, so the bag could not be sealed properly after being opened. Everything went stale and I had to throw the bag away. I contacted customer service via ******** Messenger and they apologized and said they would send me coupons. Several weeks went by and I didn't receive anything so I contacted them again and they said that there was a delay in mailing out coupons, which I find extremely hard to believe, and they said they would get it out as soon as possible. Several weeks more went by and I still have not heard anything or received anything so I contacted them again through ******** messenger and now they are refusing to speak to me. I'm seeking a refund for a product that I purchased and could not use because the packaging was faulty.

      On October 1, 2022, I purchased and paid $7.46 for a 10-count box of Frito Lays' Funyuns Onion Flavored Rings, 3/4 Oz. Each bag was filled with hard, broken, discolored, and overcooked Funyuns. The business committed to providing guaranteed fresh products but the Funyuns I purchased were not fresh. I contacted the business and they failed to resolve the problem. I want a refund in the amount of $7.46.
