We apologize for the delays. We had record amounts of rain in April, May and June and this created quite the bottleneck in out production. We did reach out to as a courtesy, twice, to let you know we haven't forgotten about you. Your crew had a health emergency the day your clean was scheduled and he didn't notify the office until after hours. We apologize for your experience.
