    The customer service are so weak. I had the worst experience with customer service and supervision. This company is Terrible, once I pay up my bill I will be switching. I had got a letter saying I was going to be shut off on the 24 of June. So I paid the money and I supposed to have more time but the turn send another shut off on the 27 June and then turn me off on the 28. Fine. I call the 11 am to let them know and so I can get my lights back on. So I talked to 5 different people and they said no until I make a $75 payment but first I explained to them I did not have a penny to my name and I have kids and one them is two months and I had a lot of breast milk in the freezer that I did not want to good bad. They said so what, Also I told them I been out of work due to me having the baby in I will be back in June. We had this company in the beginning of April and be paying the bill and call to ask more time after we made a payment. The bill is always around $300 or more. But we pay it. So back to what happened. So I went to the pawnshop to get the $75 and pay at fiesta and call them let them know I paid the money. They still did not turn my lights on. Want me to pay more because I did not pay with card so they want get the money until 24 or 48 but they seem I paid. They said pay 75.76 with a card and I will have my light on then made me sign for a payment instilling that I did not wanted. I still did no have light. So I slept in a house that fell like 102 degrees and my baby milk spoiled. I wish I could report each person that took me thur all this trouble.
