AFTER RECEIVING A LETTER FROM CIRRO ENERGY SAYING THAT I HAD UNTIL FEBRUARY 23RD TO CHOOSE A NEW PLAN I WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AS IT HAD BETTER RATES. WEEKS LATER I WAS NOTIFIED THAT I VIOLATED MY CONTRACT (BY LESS THAN 2 MONTHS) AND THEY WITHDREW $350 FROM CHECKING ACCOUNT. THAT LEFT MY ACCOUNT OVERDRAWN. I AM DISABLED AND ON A LIMITED INCOME SO NOW I WILL NOT HAVE ANY MONEY FOR FOOD.Cirro Energy

I have been with Cirro for over 7 years and brag about them to friends and family! NOT ANYMORE They're are crooks in my eyes. They over charge and I see several reviews are saying the same thing. Why are you charging $20 00 for late fee and disconnect fee? This is part of your job to send out letter. You would if technology wasn't available like before it became available to everyone. I don't need the extra in my ******** easy to get people personal info that way. I shouldn't be force to go paperless either. I think the BBB should investigate this and law firms that deal with these matters as well. Senseless overcharging just to be greedy. Nothing evil will last!!! I don't need your apology understand your system is not set up with people payroll nor do you care.... All other companies work with the customers. This is ridiculous and money hungry company getting over on their customers. I will continue to add reviews to help warn other customers to RUN. If this had been discuss in the very beginning when you all try to get people to sign up believe me I would have went another route. SMH - God sees and He will do just justices Why can't the stars have a negative 0 through negative 0 That's what I'm giving.Cirro Energy

The company does not care about its customers. I have called in several times asking for a due date change because my bill is due close to my rent date. The agents and the managers state they are notating it on the account but never a note placed. Then you get charged with late charges and disconnection notices.Cirro Energy

3 starsThe Employee was very dissatisfying,she seemed to be trying to discipline customers of 60 years or older. In addition the very subject i was exclusively,and specifically calling to there customer service was not addressed,.Not until i had to listen to a foreign voice in my own language tru to convert me to a wasted call,about something i want interested in.Then the employee did misconduct her bonafide offer of 12 cents kilowatt hours at night over 20 cents per day each month.I checked out the offer in document that needed to be signed Electronically after reading over .It seems the first paragraph of the offer plan for 36 month.stated a 17 cents per kilowatt hour.then non subjectively,offered 12/9 cents per hour.Its a no brainer so eone screwed up the contract Im not signing that.Look for your self.its the only 36 month plan that cirro ********* phone call with them was about 48 minutes and the employee seemed to be trying to string arm customers.( It doesnt work like that) Her words were both uncalled for and she was unnecessarily going over ground i was mot even interested in listening to her far fetched pretentious.act!Review fromceleste t

Cirro has always been a decent company. I appreciate their rates and plans. However, it is really hard getting through to customer service. I have attempted only once so far to contact them via telephone to talk about paying part of a deferred payment from my average billing and discuss better rates with them, I was on the waiting call line over 30 minutes and finally decided to hang up. Hopefully I can give it another try and actually speak with someone. Other than that, I can't complain with them. They are really great. Maybe hire more representatives to answer calls or have an online option to pay the deferred balance?Cirro Energy

Am a domestic violence divisor and in stead of following protocol they didnt dont let em get lights per state of ***** as long as a have the family violence form I can get lights waived she stated a district attorney has to send it . Informed her the phone she needed to call on bottom of form Ms.Sanjuanita and the company was very untasteful on resolving issue when all the information they possibly neeed was on formCirro Energy

I was one day late paying my electric bill, I didnt receive a late fee or any indication that it was late. I was also told that theres like a 5 day grace ******* Now Cirro is expecting me to pay twice in one month and moved the date back to the 25th. How am I supposed to pay double? How am I supposed to never get ahead or be one time if Im being double charged? Ive explained Im a single parent, a single income family and I only get paid once a month. How is an electric company allowed to bill twice in a month and how can they predict my payment due early?Cirro Energy

I moved and signed up for this company September 2023, I didn't receive a bill til December 2023, they turned my lights off January 3rd, I paid the half online to get it turned on, I called and the man said I would have to pay another $100+ to get it turned on! So I did. The man said I was ok! Then I look online it said I only owed $65, so I was going to pay it on thr due date ,then days later it says $300+, found out the $65 was an disconnection fee, then those months of not getting a bill they are making me pay for it double! They wants me to pay over $600 in one month for their mistakes! They do not have no email on file for me, to give me reminders, I even signed up with an email, they are not thinking about our frustrations, all they want is money from their mistakes, I will not recommend no one to them, their way of handling business is unfair.Cirro Energy

Total Crooks. I was comparing companies on the website. I put in my info to see if they serviced my area. Within an hour I received a "Welcome" email saying that I had signed up their service. I called to complain/cancel. Spoke with a supervisor, ****** who said it was still being processed and that she would cancel the "request". Next day two more welcome emails. I called them and was advised that service had been started. I contacted my previous energy company and they confirmed that service had been stopped. Spoke with Cirro, again, and was told the matter has been taken care of. Don't have a good feeling about it.Cirro Energy

Cirroenergy is a criminal enterprise. Their customer SERVICE is a JOKE. They spend their time trying to justify all the ways they add charges...and you use not even 700 kilowatts. They deserve no stars, the worse company to get electricity from. You spend hours on the phone and know resolution just very high bills. I don't trust them.
