    *****. What an outstanding employee. PATIENT is the best word to describe her, patient! At the very beginning of the call she walked me through the steps so that I could log on to my account. Then she went through the basic information on the steps for what the company can do. During that process she inquired if I had any questions (which I did, & interrupted her frequently), clarifying information that I had noted incorrectly. I was hand writing ***************** waited because I told her writing everything what I was comfortable with. Her explanation of how an account is opened, money transfers & the date I chose for the transfer was informative. She told me what to do if a creditor calls me or sends me a letter threatening to sue during the negotiation process (providing a contact phone number). The actual negotiations that occur including timing & funds, four tips for transparency & impacts to my credit report were all discussed. ***** is a kind & friendly employee & should be recognized for her dedication to ADR. She needs a bump in pay (insert laughter here), a recognition, gift card, bonus, something. This is how great employees stay motivated. Show them you recognize them & care. Everyone needs to earn a little patience.These comments are items that ADR needs to further work on:1) Don't send texts to new clients telling them to start their journey by logging in to their portal when they pretty much don't even know what that is. Then, if they are able to, where are they really suppose to go once in there that makes sense to them? Maybe they heard something with the original person they talked to about having money moved after ADR set up an account but what does that mean now, where to go from there, what's going on in the portal?2) Don't send emails telling you to log in with the links provided (2 different ones) when neither of them work. This causes great ************************* of knowing if this is where you should be going.Txs *******

    It took me a few years, but I am all out of debt. They cut my monthly payments in half so I had to room to breath. Today I made my last payment and I am fully debt free. Thank you American Debt Relief.

    This company handled my contract unprofessionally and unethically. This company has caused a suit to be filed against me without my ever having the slightest knowledge and opportunity to defend myself or having the chance to speak on my behalf to resolve any disputes.

    I feel bad I ever call them I feel their services for horrible they didn't help me I wish I didn't give them information they didn't complete it by sending me a report to my email like they said wood three times and never did I feel they're shady and I would not recommend anyone going to them. And you know what I didn't trust them. I know at the end in 4 years I could have perfect credit and have less headaches and they wanted me to destroy my credit and have no credit and they're just a bunch of b******* and at the end I would never give them my business in fact I told somebody else that want to go to them do not go to them because it's b*******. I learned a ****** and I know I never call them ever again and I won't recommend them to anybody

    I have to say that I've had the best experience with American debt relief, their customer service is on the top, specially if you speak to Mr. ****************** he went above and beyond with his expertise, his dedication to the customer is one of a kind. Mr. **** made sure I understood how the program woks and answered all my concerns, my mind was at ease.
