I have been running into the same issues every 6 months ( for the last 3 plus years) on various ** printers. Line on sheets for copies and scans through the feeder. The average cost of the ** printer is $450.Instead of making good products, ** is recommending to buy a new printer. This is dishonest and called a rip off. I am not buying a new ** Printer and hope millions of people do not either. ** printers are bad and so is customer service.

** instant Ink is a complete waste of money, I have paid almost double what I would have paid, and every time I go over my limit (on my own printer), I get charged more. Then when I decide that it no longer is cost effective, I find that I can no longer print at all cause now the ink cartridges that I purchased no longer work and now I need to replace all colors, I paid more that $300 over a year and a half for maybe 2 or 2 replacements?I have been using ** printer and purchasing the ** ink for over 25 years and today you have lost a forever customer for being cheap. It is sad that you dont care about your customers, I never knew that when I cancelled then I would immediately lose the use of my own printer. WOW!!! I never expected to be screwed by **.

******** customer service. I was charged $6.42 for a "service" I did not authorize. They said I used their ink and that was the charge. I purchase my printer ink from a local retail shop or via ******. When I asked for credit, they refused. So for a mere $6.42 they didn't believe in doing the simple and easy thing. Never again will I do business with **. Never again will I purchase/use an ** product. I received a second call from the today trying to explain why they weren't going to refund me. Annoying now.

I was transferred to another number (and country) after my question could not be answered. After the hold and transfer, my question was answered but incorrectly. I had to call back later in the week to receive the right answer. Overall, calling support is pretty frustrating. Sales team is excellent!

Somehow my printer became disconnected from my Wi-Fi. When I tried to re-download the software for my printer, a message stated there was a fail error so I asked HP for help to reconnect it. Agent 1 gave up after an hour; it happens. Agent 2 said, after an hour, that I needed to downgrade my 5g internet before she could help me. ??? Agent 3 said I had the "csrss.exe" virus and until I removed it, they could not download the software I needed to make the printer print. This would cost $150 for a "Level 7 Tech" to step in. I'm BROKE so I had to decline. Later HP called me back with an offer to fix it for $100. Apparently they didn't understand I AM BROKE. Tenacious by nature, I STRUGGLED MIGHTILY but I was able to download the software I needed and the printer works fine with USB. [Only used Wi-Fi because I was signed up for their Instant Ink program.] I asked my Norton Security team if they could remove the virus for less money and they said I do not have a virus, adding they have dealt with this issue from other HP users. A ****** search on the virus "csrss.exe" states it is a NECESSARY PART OF WINDOWS and to remove it would cause a multitude of computer issues. One line stuck out to me: "Tech Support Scammers will try to get you on this". No one likes to hear they have a virus and this had put me in a panic. Thankfully I'm tech-savvy and resolved the problem myself FOR FREE. Someone else, perhaps the elderly, would be frightened and would hand over the money whether they could afford it or not. SIDE NOTE: I understand there is a Class Action suit regarding HP's INSISTANCE that HP Printers can ONLY use HP Toner, which is not true. I have lost ALL RESPECT AND TRUST FOR THIS COMPANY which I have been associated with for YEARS.

Ordered $692.96 worth the ink and it was delivered to the wrong address and HP pretty much told us we are out of luck and closed the case. We were originally told we would receive the ink ordered or a refund and then told yesterday via email they closed the case being the ink was delivered (to Alabama and not ** were it was supposed to be shipped to) and we would have to either call insurance or ***** on our own. HP great way to stand behind your customers!

HP Envy ****e Printer - HP now controls any ink that you want to use in this printer. If you make a mistake and sign up for their Instant Ink scam you are locked in to purchase ink on a regular basis from it or they lock you out of your printer. If you purchase your own comparable ink from another vender that fits the printer, they lock you out and tell you it needs to be HP ink only. All of the scanning or tools must be run through HP Smart, an app they make you download on the internet to run your printer. After 30 years of being a HP customer I am replacing my new printer and I will never purchase another product from them again.

I purchasesd a printer from Hewlett Packard as I previously informed The Better Businees Bureau, the first printer was defective as was the replacement.
NEW! H-P called yesterday to inform me that the replacement printer for the new printer was out of warranty…it happens I had bought a warranty. It seems to me they were trying. to give me as replacement an old likely used printer not knowing it was defective
I asked what they will do for me but no reply.
