    They fix nothing. There was supposed to fix my bathroom and they made it worse. The entire bathroom counter is bubbled up now. The property manager has never even contacted me regarding this. It's been 2 months I went two days without a shower because the people that came into resurface the bathroom we're so sloppy and ignorant that they didn't even clean up after themselves or fix the shower to where I could use it. I waited two days for maintenance to show up. I constantly have trash in front of my door. We pay for a service to pick up our trash every single day and they don't they never have they pick it up once a week and now I've got my neighbors trash because of the wind all over my front porch. We've got neighbors who constantly allow their dog f**** all over the property it's disgustingly filthy and they don't do anything about it. I have contacted ****** ********************** they have absolutely done zero. I still have blinds coming down My bathroom is still not even close to being complete and it's been 2 months. I can get no help there is no maintenance emergency there is no courtesy officer at least not one that you can reach. There's no way to leave a message on their voicemails. They're even like leaving their phone numbers you have to go through a special system to do that. I put in 17 items for maintenance 2 months ago and nothing but one thing has been done. The buildings are old and they do nothing to clean them The stairwells are marked up with paint of tagging it's disgusting. I'm being completely ignored I have sent multiple emails and now I have to resort to this. I haven't seen the property manager in the two months I've lived here and the eliminated amount of conversation I have had with her she's nothing but rude. She gives you no explanation she takes your money and that's it. Once you're in you get nothing. Not what you pay for. The neighbors constantly trash all over the parking lot and nobody cleans it up.

    Read this before you take apartment in estancia. At the time of taking apartment it was warm welcome by office people. they were so nice to lure me into the apartment. Though the rent was high , I decided to move in here considering the community and location. There was roaches and couple of other issues in my apartment on the first day and I complained about it. They sent people to treat it couple of times. They didn't send any formal communication. I did a big mistake I didn't send the issues in email. At the time of closing I hired people and cleaned the home to the best. they send me a bill for $1000. I was shocked I went to the office. the office people showed the true color and said don't come here anymore. you have to contact the management for any closing questions. I emailed couple of times and called and I finally someone replied saying number of problems in the apartment. No one was ready to talk over the phone. All I have do is replying to the email. they were not ready to listen to any-of my points. they gave me a date to pay it off otherwise they will send it to debt collector. OMG.. literally i am just talking to the wall. no other choice, i had to pay the money. Guys, please keep everything formal and keep a proof. To my heart, I left the home was in very good condition. Think twice before you take the apartment here.

    You emailed us on 11/21/2022. Our offices were closed from 11/23/2022 - 11/27/2022 for Thanksgiving. I responded to your email on 11/29/2022, providing a detailed explanation for the charges on your account and the supporting documents. Pest control did treat your apartment after your initial request at move in and we did not receive any further complaints or work orders from you requesting further treatment. Because you did not notify us of the problem in a timely manner, you were responsible for the cost to treat the infestation. I'm happy to discuss further, so please call me if you wish to do so.
