I used to pay $50 for water in other apartments, but since I moved to ************ the water bill starts at $130 so I said may be because Plano is a higher income city. But in February, my water bill was $250 which did not make sense because we are out from 7am to 6 pm and no one is using water at this time. Then, they said there was a leak several times and they shut off water to fix. I feel like paying for the leak and for the whole building. I asked for a details **** and the reason why it is very high but no reply.Initial Complaint

Ive lived at these apartments for two years, and nearly every week, they are shutting off the water since Ive lived here. They will have it off for an entire day and just recently since 12/31/24 to now 1/2/25, the water has been off. Ive not been able to shower in three days and they do not offer other accommodations for residents who dont have water. They send emails saying they are fixing pipes, but they have been saying that since I moved in which was February of 2023. We still get charged for water usage, and I would like my bill decreased or refunded.Initial Complaint

I am not liable for this debt with ******* credit management (Columbia Debt Recovery). I do not have a contract with ********************** dba *************************. They did not provided me with the original information, but sent to collections with no notice, or verification of accuracy. They incorrectly reported debt, falsely reported early lease cancellation and never sent invoice.Initial Complaint

************ has recently prohibited residence from having visitors after 7PM. They have partnered with a towing company to tow all unregistered cars. There is no website or URL link to register cars. Visitors are immediately towed as the towing company ***************** located in ******************************* is parked outside at all times waiting for a car to come in. This is predatory behavior that has caused residence to pay more than 300 dollars. I have called ************ numerous times to try to find a resolution but they are rude and tell us that we will have to pay in full for every visitor that we have. My lease agreement does not say I am unable to have visitors after 7PM. When I first moved in there was a website to register visitors but they have removed it completely. Most of ************ residence are illegal immigrants which they take advantage since they will not file a complaint for fear.Initial Complaint

My roomate and I, *********************** and *************************** moved into our townhouse possibly 2 weeks ago. When we first moved in we were having very bad plumbling problem and a ***** problem. We contacted the front office and no urgent fix was done. Days passed and the plumbing and roaches got worse. I went back to the office and requested another maintenance request. He came out and tried to fix it but made the problem worse, once he left he told us he would be back that day but never came back. A few hours after he left, a huge hole broke through our ceiling full of water. We called the office and all they told us was to not use the bathroom , and that if 127 uses their water it will leak into our apartment and that was all. The next day the hole got bigger and the plumbers came out and fixed the water issue. We were told by the manager ****** who was extermely rude throughout this whole process that the dry wall construction workers will come out on Monday to fix the hole. They never came this monday, tuesday or wednesday. I went back to the office on Wednesday and i was told by the head maintence and also the leasing agent that they told ****** to set the appointment for monday but no appointment was made. We were told on wednesday they will be out on Thursday which was the next day. They never came yesterday and now it is friday. It has been a complete week plus since that huge hole has been in our ceiling. We arent able to move all of our furniture in because it could possibly be damaged. We are not the type of tenants to make any complaints but this is extremely unacceptable and we arent receiving any help from the office staff. We are looking for some kind of compensation for all that is happening to us and we havent even been in the apartment for a month yet. The manager has been extremely rude and unapologetic through this whole process. Please reach back to us!Initial Complaint

In August 2022, I signed a lease for 6 months with ************************ When it was over I stayed for 2 months on a month to month basis. I wrote them to let them know my last day would be 4/11/23. I moved out 3/27/23. I reached out to the leasing office to talk to the manager I was put in contact with ******. It was raining that Friday 4/7/23 I believe I went that next day Saturday. On the phone with her the arrangement was to bring in the keys and take one last final tour and clean. I went that Saturday, I went with a witness, I finished cleaning. Upon arrival I saw a red letter stating notice to vacate and I owed almost $1300. I went to the site and I saw I owed the amount was not accurate. I reached out to management and sent emails to the system. Requesting to adjust the amount and use my deposit. I never received an email back from them to let me know my new amount. Instead it showed I owe nothing. I also left because of cockroaches and dog f**** constantly. When I went to clean there were cockroaches everywhere all over the doors inside the apartment. It was disgusting. I did take pictures of how I left. To my surprise, now I am getting calls from debt collectors stating I owe the same amount.Initial Complaint

Went to Bel Air Oaks 4/17/23 applied for 3/2.5 for what they had advertise and we left $458.78 the apartment and the application fees and passed the background and rental history to get told that We did not get qualified for the 3/2/5 that Leasing agent Jessie took our monies and now will not talk or return our calls. Jessie said we needed to talk to Melissa to get our monies refunded back. We are senior citizens and we can not afford to lose monies and be out on the streets. It clearly a bait and switch and now not answering calls.Initial Complaint

Iam in this apartment and I have no heat and no water. It is too cold in this house. The complex has no maintenance team. I have a broken glass in my living room over 3 months they refuse to fix. I have children in this house. They refuse to fix their end so that the city can correct the water. The mice is terrible. Iam freezing in this unit
