      ************************* gave a quote for fence work to my ranch manager and myself. Nothing in writing. Quote was $4/foot to include predator wire installation. 6 weeks to complete. 16 weeks later ****** ****************** is now asking for an additional $1 per foot (20% more in price) for the installation of predator wire. Even though we did not agree to this we agreed to pay him 0.5/foot if he completed the predator wire install (it was not completed). Additionally, we asked him to repair their neighboring fence that his workers destroyed. He agreed to repair. ****** never repaired my neighbors fence, he never finished securing the predator wire, and ****** took equipment from my ranch (stole equipment). He has continued to call, text, and harass me, AS A CUSTOMER!!!!!!! He has threatened my ranch manager stating, "I will tear down the fence!" if we didn't pay him. We had ****** final payment check ready but all that was asked of him is that he finish the work he promised. Mr. ****************** refused. I have paid Mr. ****************** $57,350 to date. Mr. ****************** is a bully and a thug and I would be very weary of a business owner that threatens is customers.
