      Hidalgo Roofing Company was by far the best company *** worked with before. Mr. ********** demonstrated such professionalism, the punctuality and compassion for us as customers was overwhelming satisfactorily. My family and I are filled with gratitude on how efficiently and quickly he and his team completed the work. At that point in our life, we were not home and there had been a tremendous storm with damages all around us. There were a lot of issues with our home. I had come home for two days to settle some bills, and things I needed to take care of. My mom and I were at the bank when Mr. ********** turned around, and I saw his Shirt had a logo Hidalgo Roofing I dont believe in coincidences, I believe God put him in our path. I was with my elderly mom, and I shared my story with him and that I needed a roof put in, but that I was not here presently and, He said no worries. Heres my card. Call me when youre ready and well take care of everything.Our daughter was going through cancer up in ******, and once again I repeat the compassion he demonstrated and the efficiency of me and my husband 8-9 hours away from home was tremendous! He and his team took care of everything, with minimal contact with us during of time of such difficulty. We will forever be grateful for all the compassion and sincerity demonstrated.       We live in Houston and couldn’t find roofers with good reviews. I contacted Mr, Richard ********* with Hidalgo Roofing and my husband and I were very impressed on how detailed he was about explaining the process of getting our new roof. He even suggested the color, which we are so happy he did cause it turned out beautiful!. The crew was here early in the morning and they completed the job and cleaned up everything at the end. We highly recommend Hidalgo Roofing.

      Hidalgo Roofing & Remodeling did a fantastic job on my parent's home. Richard made sure all went smoothly with my parent's insurance, *** and guided us through the whole process. A new beautiful roof replaced the damaged one within 2 days. I can now relax and go back home to Croatia knowing my parents feel safe with their new roof.       If I could give more stars I would, Richard with Hidalgo Roofing went above and beyond to make sure I got my insurance to cover my roof after a windstorm last year. Although State Farm fought tooth and nail to avoid giving me a total roof replacement, Richard and his team did an excellent job in dealing with them and I, and he walked me through every step of the process. He is well-informed and does a great job explaining the process to a beginner like myself. Once we got to the actual repair, his team finished my entire roof in a day and a half! I was very impressed with their turnaround time and my roof and my house look great! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a top tier contractor to fix or replace their roof!

      The two most important words in any relationship are trust and communication. Both describe my experience with Hidalgo Roofing & Remodeling.
      Our mobile home in McAllen suffered significant damage during the storm last April. The high winds literally ripped off the roof, blew down the front awning, damaged the carport, and wreaked havoc on the skirting. To make matters worse, we were traveling in the Philippines at the time.
      We contacted Richard from the Philippines and he went over the contract and details going forward. He told us the first thing he was going to do was inspect the property, take photos, and put temporary roofing on the home to prevent further damage. And when the insurance appraisal wasn't sufficient to cover repairs and/or replacement Richard explained the process to appeal. His understanding of the insurance industry and claims process were invaluable.
      Because of our initial conversations I was convinced Hidalgo Roofing & Remodeling was the right company for the job. Our trust and confidence in Richard were well placed. Equally important was the constant contact we had with Richard even while still overseas. And after returning to the states, he would always call within minutes of our texts or phone calls to him.
      Richard and the Hidalgo Roofing team are conscientious and trustworthy and so it is without reservation I recommend them. If you need roofing or remodeling give Richard a call, you have nothing to lose and much to gain.

      Richard and his team from Hidalgo Roofing was the best call I made when our roof sustained hail and wind damage. Richard was a great help in helping me understand my claim, my damage and the scope of work he was going to do. Our roof was done on time, workers were clean and knowledgeable and I was completely satisfied with the work. I would recommend Hidalgo Roofing to anyone that needs a new roof or remodeling/home repairs.

      We are extremely happy to have had Richard Villarreal and Hidalgo Roofing & Remodeling replace our roof after severe storms. Mr. Villarreal was so helpful and patient with us. He answered all of our questions (and there were many!) throughout the entire process and provided his expertise. His crew was so professional and very detailed. They were also very clean during the whole process. My husband and I highly recommend Hidalgo Roofing & Remodeling.
