    The incident occurred on the night of April 8th 2024 into the morning of 4/9/2024.My car was towed from ********************* by Triton Towing company. I paid the fee and was asked to sign a release, before the company would permit me to see my car.As soon as I get to my car and try to exit the lot, I notice my car has been damaged. The Splash Guard was completely pulled from its original position, and was now dragging on the ground. The attendant then called the tow truck driver, and told him he should come back because he had ****** up my ****** Camry (The attendants words exactly). She then went inside and continued the conversation with the driver, and came back saying the driver claimed, my car was already like that, before he towed it. I immediately refuted that, because it was a lie. And asked for pictures of the car before it was towed. They refused to provide me with those images, because they know they will not substantiate their claim. They refused to provide me with their insurance/liability information, despite driving my car. The attendant then threatened my life by saying I didnt want to be there when the tow truck driver got back, for my safety. This was essentially a hit and run, where they then forced me to pay to drive my now broken car. The facts are my car was undamaged prior to being towed, and was damaged upon payment and receipt of my car back. An employee word for word admitted that they had ****** up my car, and then proceeded to backtrack and provide no evidence or insurance information at the time of the incident. Threats to my safety were made, and I have an eyewitness account of everything that transpired. The company should have their business license revoked if they refuse to provide insurance information when damaging stores vehicles, not allowing vehicles to be inspected before release is signed, and making threats on a non consensual customers life.

    Predatory towing business. Rude customer service. Charges 3.5% processing fees on debit transactions.
