I joined the ************************ promising. He said he gives me the stock options picking, price, and time, based on a regular time basis. They said their service has been proven record more than 90% gaining with no loss.I had trusted this guy with great respect. It seemed like he has great knowledge that I can rely on.I believed him, as a non-English speaker senior with the no-investing experience I needed a service to build up skills for near-future retirement.Following their recommendation, I gained 3 times ***** dollars but lost 4 times almost **** **.I found out this service is not working for me and the service is not working what I thought or they promotioned. I started this to earn small groceries but lost a. month expense.I sent an email that I explained above that I wrote above here. He email me he refunded it Nov 26. But he did not refund it. I am loosing 349 ** now from their recent recommendation I sent email to them to ask what to do . They are ignoring/ not answering me now. Please help me out to receive a refund from them to pay the loss I have to close the option they gave to me. I do not want to trust or receive their service anymore. I truly need your help and thank you for in advance to protect us.
