On September 01, 2022, BBB began attempting to contact Flamingo by calling (512) 668-9771, BBB was not able to leave a message.   BBB also made multiple attempts to reach Flamingo by emailing [email protected] and using the support option on their website and via Facebook. As of September 13, 2022, BBB has not received any response from Flamingo.

      I placed an order and did not receive all of my order, there are two pairs of jeans missing that I am being charged for and have already started making payments towards the order. The payments are being automatically deducted from my bank account via afterpay starting on December 16, 2023., in the amount of $40.99. Another payment was also deducted December 30, 2023, in the amount of $40.99. The total cost of the order is $163.96. The Flamingo order number is ****************, the afterpay order number is ************. I have contacted Flamingo several times and Afterpay regarding this. Flamingo sent me an email on 12/18/23 stating that the jeans were not included in the package but yet I am still being charged for them, and still have not received the jeans. .The cost for the 2 pair of jeans before any taxes if applicable is $96.98.

      On December 13 2023 @ 10:11pm I placed an order with Flamingo an online retailer and never received a proper confirmation # for my order. Them email just had the subject "about your order" with a picture of the item I purchased. I sent a reply asking for the order# and was told the company didn't have an order with my email address, nor name. The crazy part is I replied to the email they sent me; then said"they didn't have my email on file. I knew at that moment I was scammed. I hope this company is put out of the scamming business soon. It's crazy they're still in business this long. ****** learned. I will never order from another retailer through social media. Thank you for your assistance with taking them down.

      On November 15, 2023 I placed order #**************** with Flamingo online in the amount of $124.89 for a total of 7 items. On November 24, 2023 I was notified via email that my order had shipped and was provided this tracking number **********************. On December 3, 2023 I received a package from Flamingo that contained 1 item, an incorrect item that was not at all as described on their website. I contacted Flamingo support via email stating that the item received was incorrect and that the rest of my order was not received and I had only been provided 1 tracking number. Flamingo support was nice enough and offered a credit for the pants and provided a separate shipping link ***************************************************************************************************************** On December 10, 2023 I was notified via email by Flamingo that my entire order had been delivered. I responded via email again stating that my order was not received. I was then told that 1 item i ordered was since sold out (after it shipped??) and was refunded $11. Flamingo denied my package was lost and told me to contact ***** I provided Flamingo with ****** response that it was not received and they dont know when or if it will show up. Flamingo is now ignoring my request for a refund. Flamingo does not operate at the address listed on its site and is a complete scam. I want a full refund of my purchase price immediately. I asked for a refund and they ignored the request so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. This company needs to be shut down and banned from advertising on *********

      Order product never received. contacted the company and the company refusing a refund also contacted the carrier. They explained the packages get lost. The company still refused to give me my money back.. ordered once and never again I want my money back.

      Ordered a pair of jeans from this company, the order took 3 weeks and 2 days to arrive. When the jeans arrived they were not the jeans that I had ordered. Contacted the company who gave me a RA# but told me I would need to send them back at my cost. I again contacted the company and stated that the issue was related to their mistake not mine and I should not have to pay to return. The company refuses to send me the correct pair of jeans unless I order and pay for them again. After several emails they offered me a partial store credit. Partial credit for their mistake? I declined their offer and asked for the correct pair to be sent to me and I would gladly return the incorrect pair that didn't fit. Company emailed me and stated they would give me $20 refund, which is less then half of the purchase price. This company is a joke. Very poor customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! SCAM!

      I bought a shirt from their ******** site. The picture on ******** does not match what I got. They sent a different picture they said is from their online site, but it is not the picture I ordered. They said they would refund the $35.68 I paid. They only refunded $29.69. They will not refund shipping of $6.30 to return it, but gave me store credit. I asked for my money back, since it is not my fault. The product does not look like the picture. + I would like the rest of the shipping from the price I paid that they did not return from the $35.68. I have attached pictures of what their ******** picture looks like & what I got. Again, since it is not my fault, I would like $12.29 shipping refunded. ($5.99 1st time + $6.30 to return). I dont want to have to buy something else that *** not look like the picture & spend more money.

      I placed an order that I received, however the jeans that I ordered did not fit and were not as described. The company gives only a 7 day return window. I attempted emailing, as directed for returns more then 8 times over a two week period, as well as attempted to call. No one answers phone calls, just an automated system directing customers to email requesting return instructions. I placed my order through Klarna. I have reported this issue through them as well. It has been more then a month with no response from this company. My guess, based on horrible non existent customer service is that even if I were to receive return instructions and mailed my return , that I would NEVER receive my refund. This company is a scam!!

      I ordered and received jacket on 9/26/23. It was too large. You have to request returns via emails with 7 days of receiving order. I sent 4 emails requesting return authorization and the only response I received each time was an automated email saying I would be hearing back in ***** hours which I never did. It is now 10/10/23

      I ordered from them on 8/28/23 I received my package the other day it took that long to get it as soon as I got it I opened it up. The jeans are damaged so I notified the support team that same day and all I keep getting back after 5 text all I hear from them is we will get back to you as soon as possible. I have sent pictures I have sent copies of the label but I cannot get anybody to help me get the information so I can send this order back and get my money back. I am asking if anyone has any information about Flamingo shop I will never order from them again Im sitting here with two pairs of jeans that are $79 total that I cannot wear because theyre damaged.
