      I had an excellent experience at Discount Electronics ************. An associate named Eve assisted my wife and me in finding the ideal MacBook Pro, and her level of customer service was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, she provided what I would describe as white glove serviceprofessional, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. Eve took the time to understand our needs and guided us to the perfect solution at a very reasonable price. Were extremely satisfied with our purchase and will absolutely return to Discount Electronics for our future tech needs. I highly recommend this business and especially commend Eve for her outstanding support.

      Excellent Service at Digital Electronics!I had a fantastic experience at Digital Electronics, located at **********************************************************. Eve E and **** G provided outstanding customer service while helping me find the perfect laptop. They took the time to understand my needs, were incredibly knowledgeable about the different options, and never pressured me into expensive upgrades I didn't need.Their expertise and friendly approach made the decision easy and stress-free. I got exactly what I needed at a great value. I highly recommend this location and specifically ask for Eve E she truly went above and beyond!

      I stopped by the Round Rock store on Monday evening, 6:30 (surprised by their hours of operation) originally, not expecting anyone there just planning to return in the morning. **** ********* greeted me with how can I help you and listened to my plight. I had been sent there by the tech working on my laptop with a list of specifications. Using that list he showed me devices that would fill my needs. There was an upgrade to more Gb suggested my tech and the employee in the morning was capable of completing on the same day. Just called in and told him to proceed. A couple of hours later ******* ****** called to confirm my laptop was ready to go. Both of these gentlemen are aces! Provided great customer services, price saving solutions and a system well defined to my particular needs. Would not hesitate to recommend Discount Electronics to anyone - honest problem solving solutions.

      I'm on a project to revive a failing radio station. It needed everything from interiors, carpets, furniture, to equipment and automation software. The needs for the computers were specific. We had to make adjustments a few times, but the service *** at Discount Electronics, *******, was on top of things, resolving issues, making adjustments, and helping us to make adjustments to what we needed. Now, we're on-the-air, with the new equipment installed and working! They all "love it" here! And it's all the help we got from ******* at Discount Electronics.
