This company has shady practices that seem like they are bordering being illegal. We have a payment plan setup for our monthly HOA dues. We received a notice in the mail that we owed an additional previous balance of $200+ on top of the yearly $600 for the following year. There was no indication of what these fees were for. Upon further investigation in our online portal we discovered they were chargin a $25 delinquent fee for every month that was paid. for the whole year. The portal shows that the monthly pee was paid in full, on time, every month. Yet they still added a delinquent fee AND charged for it. This is predatory for anyone who isn't as diligent in checking what they are being charged for. We reached out and received a prompt e-mail that the fees are applied automatically every month (what?) and are only removed once the payment plan is completed (what?!?!). There is absolutely no reason for this to be standard operation, we were billed for money that we did not owe and had we paid it they would not have returned it. This is a scam.

This person is not an owner of any property that we manage. His email was concerning a property which he is not the listed owner on. However, for this particular property, the late fees were removed once the payment plan was completed as is standard practice.
