    I've put a down payment on a car from their lot with the knowledge of their website that everything worked in the vehicle. The cars sound system , rear view camera , and a missing pipe under the car were found by myself the moment I got home. The missing pipe under the car makes the car sound much louder and releases a lot of gas into the air which is illegal in the **************. They refused to fix that and the backup camera but promised to fix the radio. They sent me to ***************************** for repairs that they said they'd pay, they agreed to pay for the diagnostics ($230) first and wanted **** to get in contact with them for the total payment. **** tried calling but no one answered and later told me when they get in contact they wanted to back out of the payment but they already ran the diagnostics. River Motors also said they tried calling the day they agreed to pay for it to back out of payment. **** never received the "multiple" calls they told me they did to get into contact with ****. The man who worked at **** and myself spoke, he said **** would take care of the payment because River Motors and many other places are known for backing out of payments. I haven't had this car for long, it will be three months December 12 and i already had to spend $803 for new tires with an additional $100 for a spare to be able to go to a place for 4 new tires. They openly lie over and over to me , to my face and over the phone. $2,250 for repairs with the radio, around $200 for the missing pipe and I haven't figured out how much the backup camera will be for repairs. Their website said everything worked and they even had one of their guys check my radio to see what was wrong with it . I watched him pull up ******* video's on what to look for, it was embarrassing to watch this man openly lie for the company he works for daily. Viewing their ratings , you'll see many with problems and comment about it just for River Motors to reply with the same attitude.
