            The crew and workers have done a great job but the project was completely mismanaged. There were no updates unless we called and requested information. We chose them because of what they promised to do and and at the end of the project we were told they underbid the landscape and in order to do what we had requested we had to pay the difference. Which was more than double what was the original bid. They offered a choice between a manual pool cover or electronic pool cover. We chose the manual one and now they can't find one to install so in order to get a pool cover we again have to pay the difference to get the electronic one. We had to schedule the delivery of water ourselves and schedule the electrician ourselves to come out and connect the electricity. I would never recommend this company to any one and I pray that the work that was done is good work because by the looks of it we will not have any look trying to get them to fix it.

            As far as updates we stayed in contact with your husband during the process, we also let him know we don't do landscaping that is why we gave the money back as well the money back for the cover after I explained the issues to your husband. As for on the water truck they will not go out unless the customer calls to schedule it, we did schedule the electrician for you guys even though in the contract it says electricity and plumbing are homeowner responsibilities. You do have warranty with us so if anything does happen you can give us a call and we get that taken care of!
