            -1 stars... This company will make you wish you NEVER trusted them in your home. We hired them for a simple plumbing issue, and the tech ended up flooding half our house! Our hallways, 3 bedrooms with walk-in closets, and the bathroom were completely flooded. Of course the best part is dealing with their out of town insurance company who has no knowledge of West ***** construction services/fees so the low ball you and cut a check that doesn't begin to cover the cost to restore your home the way it was before you let these crooks in. The Darville company, it's associates and their insurance company hide from you, avoid return calls, and avoid taking responsibility for the at fault case to fix what they broke, so they cut a minute check. Their insurance company even wanted us to have our home insurance help them cover the cost for their fault. Our next step is filling with the Better Business Bureau. They don't maintain the right to **** customer's homes and get away with it. Do not hire this company for any services, or you will quickly regret it.
