  BBB promotes truth in advertising by contacting advertisers whose claims conflict with the BBB Code of Advertising.  These claims come to our attention from our internal review of advertising, consumer complaints, and competitor challenges.  BBB asks advertisers to prove their claims, change ads to make offers clearer to consumers, and remove misleading or deceptive statements. On July 7, 2023 BBB contacted Revitalize Health and Wellness, PLLC regarding advertised claims on their website https://revitalizeme.us/#about_us and Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100084207309594 and Instagram https://www.instagram.com/revitalizehealthwellness22/.  Revitalize Health and Wellness, PLLC advertises claims their IVs can "energize, hydrate, & revitalize you; aid in optimizing your athletic performance, boost your metabolism, increase stamina, eliminate fatigue, jetlag, fibromyalgia symptoms, promote glowing radiant skin while helping improve your hair and nails, stabilize mood and alleviate symptoms of depression, help manage and lessen symptoms of autoimmune & other inflammatory illnesses."  BBB Code of Advertising states, claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy, or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.  BBB requested Revitalize Health & Wellness, PLLC provide any evidence including but not limited to studies from recent and competent testing or other objective data substantiating their services and claims of their specific products or discontinue any statements claiming results.  As of September 1, 2023, Revitalize Health & Wellness, PLLC failed to respond to BBB's request to substantiate or discontinue the advertised claims.
