    I am rejecting this response because:

     
    I just read their response. I am appalled by the lies this man has reported to you. I NEVER agreed to 8-10 weeks and he NEVER spoke to my husband.  He spoke with the representative of the roofing company who was replacing my roof. This guy just stole my deposit and lied about the terms of our agreement. I will see him in court!

    $3,000.00 deposit. As soon as they found out I was requesting to cancel the contract, I was no longer able to open and print out the original contract via email. The representative spoke with my representative that afternoon and again was advised we were cancelling the contract and requested a refund of the deposit. Superior Gate indicated they were not going to refund the deposit and that I had agreed verbally to a start date of 4 to 6 weeks from the date the contract was signed, which is a complete lie. I never agreed to wait that long for the fence. Had I known it was going to take that long I would have never hired them. All I want is my refund back. They did not do any work on my property, and integrity would dictate that they would do the right thing, but apparently they have no integrity.

    **** contacted me wanting a fence i have her the written estimate and the next day she told she wanted to move forward i told her we are 8-10 weeks lead time she said that was no problem when i was in ****** i didn't get off until ********************************* the morning i called her twice and she never answered then her husband called me and told me he would like to cancel the contract because he never agreed to signing the contract and his wife doesn't make the decisions he does and that his wife is just there to help him i told him I'm more than willing to continue with the job he told me he never wanted the job his wife didn't tell him she was signing and that it is his money not hers to spend i told him he needed to get with his wife because she signed the contract

    I never talked to anybody from a roofing company and if it was he said he was your husband he was even at the golf course while he was telling me that his wife doesn't make the decisions with HIS MONEY I'm not telling any lies I have everything documented and recorded never in my ************************************************************************************************************************* somebody back out of their contract

    I have videos also. And texts. Where his employees turned on water and flooded my house. Twice.&#***; He was ordered to pay *******. He is sending ******. Attorney told me. If I cash a check. He wont pay anymore. He never. Applied for a permit. ******* shows how bad a job he did.(see attachments)
