This company convinced me to access my backyard for Pool construction which damaged the *** common area. This backyard access was not on the original plan which was submitted to me or ***. The sales person **** kept saying it wasnt a big deal, *** probably wont even find out and its just sod. I trusted what he said since theyve built so many pools. My *** found out and asked me to tell them to stop accessing the common area. I called **** and told him and he kept insisting in one more day. told him that *** said I was going to be responsible for the damages and his response was big deal its just sod. Well I received the bill for $6800. *** advised me to give them the bill since they insisted in accessing the backyard without approval. I did and they have now manipulated a form with the plan with the backyard access on there which was never sent to me. I called **** to obtain a date of when that form was sent since Ive never seen it and he said he would get back to me and never did. Id like this to be resolved in an honest and fair way. No one above **** has ever reached out to me to try *** resolve this matter.
