- Due to titling and tax, all vehicle sales are final. A customer who is unhappy with a vehicle can trade it in for a different vehicle (taxes and fees may apply). Most parts and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of sale, as long as they are still in the new and undamaged packaging. Helmets and electrical parts are not returnable.
