I signed up for a membership with this location in the hopes of receiving monthly massages. It became impossible to book an appt as their phones were never answered where I was directed to leave a message. I would leave a message and not hear back for weeks at a time. All of a sudden I would get a call or a text about an offer for a foot scrub or something I didnt need or want. And I would attempt to book an appointment and was met with the same phone issues or no call back. Finally I got ahold of the owner/manager, ***. He assured me that he would fix the problem. He did no such thing. I booked 90 minute massages in an attempt to use all of my credits. *** assured me it would be done. I showed up to my first appointment and it was only a 60 minute. After thatmy next appointment was canceled the day of. After that I attempted to come to a resolution and spoke to several front desk workers about canceling my appointments and membership and getting a refund. I was told *** would be in contact with me by the end of the day. Over a week later..after several attempts to call..I got a call from *** canceling an appointment that I had already tried to cancel and he acted like everything was fine. I felt very disrespected and asked for a refund and was told I wasnt getting one, my membership was canceled and I had a certain amount of time to use my remaining credits. Then I was hung up on several times. Then he stopped answering the phone. I feel robbed.
