My apartment was full of mold since day 1. Ive been congested with an upper respiratory infection and sent in emails even talked on the phone about the mold and I was told it was mildew which is all the same to me. I just so happened to be at home the day they were redoing the ceiling and seen all the mold so I questioned the guys. The completed the job by scraping the popcorn ceiling (leaving the mold) and repainting over it. My toilet had a whole eco system in the back lid water was so thick and BLACK it stopped the toilet up. I had to pour a gallon of bleach just to somewhat clear it out. I notified the office they didnt do anything about it. Floor is so weak in master bedroom and hallway I couldnt use the room for my bed set or Id fall through floor uneven. My tub in master bathroom was molded and mildewed I left it just as so when I moved out. Carpet was stained both up and down stairs I had pet feathers/fur everywhere . To my understanding the carpet shouldve been replaced but I was told long as it was in working standards it was fine! I moved in January 12 2022 and moved out February 1 2022. I asked could I terminate my lease and ******* told me that I could and that Id definitely get my complete deposit back. Due to me leaving so soon and unexpectedly I ask that I could also get my money back (I have all receipts) from me hiring a moving company ($441) and also my move in fee for my new apartment ($950) thats all I ask other than for them to correct the issues before they move someone else in and they get sick as well.
