Junk trailer Spent $23,*** on a 2024 trailer. Waited 3 months lead time. Frame is welded in crooked / bent / tracks crooked. Ramps dont hold the weight they are suppose to. Diamond C is only offering $19,*** back on the purchase. They also wont do this until I spend $2,5xx on the sales tax to register this POS. Therefore Ill be over $25,*** deep in a POS just for them to give me $19,*** back. Pathetic, DO NOT BUY

I love the trailer heavy duty, alot of options spent over ****** dollars on a dump trailer. After a week I realized the latch to hold the door open didn't work. That's minimal I was told send pictures I send them no answer. Email again they said can't tell by the pictures I send more pictures no reply and I warned them I was going to post a bad review didn't help. So I would say stay away from diamond c if you want to rely on them for any warranty work they will take your money thats about it.

his is my ****** review:!!READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY A DIAMOND C TRAILER!!!!! I have purchased three Diamond C trailers in the past three years and spent over $50,000. When I had a warranty issue because of their part failure ***** in their warranty department denied my claim that I was going to even pay half of and meet him in the middle. He claims that their parts never fail the way that mine did when multiple companies that work on trailers told me that this happens all the time. Essentially what happened is the bracket that holds the axle failed and bent which then made the axle and the spindle bend as well. The reason I took it in was not because I saw that but because the wear on my tires was looking odd. Also, the emergency brake wires were getting corroded from water getting into the housing and one of the main wires disconnected and was touching the positive on the battery. This was causing the brakes to lock up spontaneously, and I did not even realize it. The experts at the trailer company that I took my trailer to pointed this out to me, which couldve caused the failure itself. Diamond C would not warranty that and ***** would not take that into consideration of why the failure happened. My trailer is a flatbed tilt trailer that is supposed to hold ****** pounds plus. I had a 302 excavator at most is **** pounds. I bought this trailer in February, which is only eight months ago. They are also saying that it is impossible for them to have any failures. I am selling all three of my Diamond C trailers and purchasing new trailers. Look into the warrantees before you buy a trailer and the reviews of other people for that particular product. I am so disgusted right now ***** does not know his a** from a hole in the ground and does not understand business. Sometimes you gotta give a little to get a lot. Obviously he is not in charge of the profitability. I think Diamond C should rethink their position of utilizing ***** in their warranty department.

I bought a new trailer and before I could drive it off of the yard, the brakes failed. They had to pull it into the shop where I purchased it and fix the brakes. In less than 2 years, it was in the shop about 8 times. With mosty brake and axle problems. It is impossible to run a successful business with inferior equipment, especially when it cost as much as a diamond c trailer. I bought it because of it's reputation for quality. I could not have been more mistaken in that decision. Their customer service is 100 times worst than their trailers??????

I cant even leave a good review. I ordered new fenders and paint, and was told up to 6 weeks for them to be painted and shipped out. I called on them after 8 weeks and asked the status, and after 5 phone calls, I finally got ahold of someone who informed me they had shipped out and are currently in ********** and unable to deliver to the address because we are closed. Well we are in ********.. she verified my address, which is correct in ********, and told me I can track them down and call ****** I do not have time to be chasing down the parts I ordered. I didnt send them to **********, or chose to send them via ****** I will never use Diamond-c again, and will be selling the trailer since they cant even get me OEM parts in a timely manner. My trailer has been down 9 weeks now.

BUYERS DEWARE: Diamond C is absolutely horrible. I bought 2 new 53’ hydraulic dovetail stepdecks in 2022. As an over-the-road hotshot trucker I was able to accumulate close to 50k miles in 6 months to each trailer. During that time these trailers have been nothing but a pain and constantly breaking down. This constant business interruptions and down-time had resulted in a lot of lost opportunities and financial loss. Id run for 2-3 weeks and have the trailer down for a week for warranty work. This happened over several months. Everything that could go wrong with these trailers has gone wrong. Despite these trailers being new and with constant dealer inspections/maintenance. Batteries dying, poor power source, brakes failing, hydraulic dovetail malfunctioning, trailer not aligned properly, trailer lights coming apart, etc. And very serious safety hazards such as the hydraulic dovetail and landing gear falling on its own on multiple occasions. It is apparent that Diamond C did not address All That Could Go Wrong with these trailers. And probably some of the worst quality control and pre-sale inspection Ive ever seen. One trailer was misaligned right from factory. Another didnt come equipped with bump stops to prevent tires from rubbing on frame. All these issues happened within the first few months of operation. I cant imagine 2-4 years into the trailers. Diamond C fails to take ACCOUNTABILITY and ensure Customer Satisfaction of their trailers. They punt off any issues to their dealers and only provide a 1-year warranty. As someone that was a huge fan of Diamond C and wanted to built my trucking business off of their trailers, I have been extremely disappointed. I will NEVER buy another trailer from them.
