  If I could give ZERO stars I would and I plan on blasting this company everywhere I do not recommend this company to anyone! from The very beginning this company was a nightmare when we signed contract with them in May of 2022 we were promised so many things that now we know were all lies they just wanted to make the sale. The first lie was the Team would start the install the following week and they would be up and running by summer it took them 3 months just to install the panels they were installed in August of 2022 and then it took them another 6 months to get them switched on which didnt happen until January of 2023! now here we are in November of 2024 and we just got hit with a tornado our house is damaged our roof has to be completely replaced and they want to charge us $4k to take the solar panels off so the roof can be replaced when we were promised that we would receive one free removal of the panels for roof replacement during the life of the warranty Even though we have told them it is urgent these panels come off because they are keeping The roofers from being able to replace the roof and more rain is coming so more damage can be done if we dont move quickly.They are also saying the warranty doesnt cover weather damage to the panels and we also have to pay out of pocket to replace any broken panels, another broken promise because we were promised that the panels warranty would cover weather damage because obviously they are exposed on the roof to the elements! their excuse is they have no control over what the sales representative told us because they are employed by a 3rd party and not by them so they dont have to honor anything she said. This company is trying to take advantage of storm victims and looking to make a profit off of our loss, this company is a joke do not do business with them. Now onto the BBB and then the media!

  Paic solar, is a terrible company. They mislead, lie, and have terrible business practices. They said after 6 months my panels would start producing enough that my electric bill would only be **** it's been over a year still have full bills. No one from paic solar will help.

  These were a very expensive mistake, and I strongly urge anyone considering this company to please reconsider.I'd like to preface this by saying the installers and technicians have been great, but the office staff are a nightmare to deal with. ****************** is a very good salesman, but he will say whatever he needs to make that sale and then does not stand behind his product.After being grossly oversold on how we would be "overproducing" energy, we were quite concerned to never produce over 85%. It continued to taper off to less than 50%. Various noncommittal responses from ****************** starting with claiming it takes a few months for them to get going. When that never happened, he'd "check the settings". He never checked anything and then in September just stopped replying to us at all.They finally sent technicians out to check them in March, over a year after install. The electrician used the wrong wire. This could have been fixed a year ago! Thousands of dollars wasted still paying the electric company while also making payments on the underperforming panels. There was also a lot of miscommunication about the tax rebate. You will receive it in installments over a few tax years, not all at once. This would be fine, except that we were also pushed into financing where the introductory interest rate centered around paying down a lump sum with that rebate within the first 18 months. Responses, when we finally got them, on this matter ranged from "that's not right, call a CPA" to "that IS right and I explained that to you in the beginning."Now in year two, we have the grand nightmare of dealing with them in order to have our roof repaired from hail damage. After MONTHS of disconnected numbers and unreturned calls, we're being told we must pay $17,000 to have the panels removed and reinstalled. Yes, THOUSAND, that is not a typo. And they are requiring this outrageous sum BEFORE even scheduling the service!

  I Started the solar process in September of 2022. Installation was not started until Thanksgiving 2022. Installation was not completed until July 24th, 2023.When speaking with sales rep I was told they would not start charging me for a few months after Installation was completed and that if any of the panels broke, they were covered under a 25-year warranty. **** began charging me back in April 2023 which is 4 months before my Installation was completed and they refuse to reimburse me. I have also had two solar panels that have been shattered since April. When I asked when they would be out to repair them, I was told to file them under my homeowner's insurance. They assigned me a customer care advocate that has done everything but advocate for me. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because is because the contractors that came out were top notch. If you want a company to breach a contract, choose PAIC.

  Don't do it. I'm so disappointed. They are all about you until you sign on the dotted line. Then they ghost you. The salesperson tells you everything you want to hear but once he's hooked you, you don't exist. Will promise you the moon and not deliver. I did deal with ******* at one point. She's the only person that was responsive during this process. Still waiting on the initial salesperson to answer messages and follow through on what he said. He said he was part owner when he knocked on my door. If he really is he needs to do a better job with the customers by the sounds of these reviews.

  ******* at PAIC solar was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the process. Which as mentioned in other comments was much longer than promised.

  It took nearly a year from signing the contract to get the solar panels installed and turned on. Then a month after installation a hail storm came through and beat up our roof. It needs to be replaced. The customer service says that we have to wait 2 weeks and pay $100 per panel or lose the warranty on the panels to have our roof replace. It would be $5000 to have the panels taken off and put back on. This was not what we were told when they were sold to us and there is nothing in the contract about this. **************** has not been helpful. They keep quoting the contract which says nothing about hail damage and roof replacement. This has been a total nightmare of a scam operation and we regret the day we said yes to this company. All we want is our roof replaced or to get out of this contract with this company.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!They have been absolutely AWFUL to work with. A year ago the door to door salesman came by and he told us what we wanted to hear, and said that it would only take a couple months to complete the whole process and have the system up and running. Which is WHY we agreed to move forward. It took months to hear anything from them, and throughout the entire process they had me talk to so many people that I never had a clue what was going on and what needed done. I constantly had to call them to try and figure out where we were with things and the people that answered the phone sometimes had no clue what the delays even were for or why nobody even did the last steps of my installation for months. Just awful and confusing and stressful to work with, and its been even worse because Im 8 months pregnant now dealing with this c*** still. In December of LAST YEAR my payments started, even though they literally didnt finish everything until a couple weeks ago. I called them NUMEROUS times as soon as the payments started and had multiple different people tell me that I would get the payments I made refunded since I couldnt use my system and still had to make electric payments on top of a Solar payment. I would have 110% NOT signed up if I knew I would have had to pay both payments for 6 months, that is money that I didnt expect to be out. So now Ive had to call them literally daily to be told absolutely no helpful information, and my customer service advocate is constantly on lunch now when I happen to call, and they tell me they will call back and never do. Or they try and dance around when and if I will actually get the refund I was promised. Its always the finance department needs to review it which shouldnt take months to do, and *** asked to even talk to the finance department directly and been denied. At this point I feel like I should look into legal action. Save yourself the trouble and RUN the other direction from this company. Yikes.

  ******* was an absolute saint during our process!! We had many obstacles to overcome and she was there at the drop of a hat to answer any texts/calls I had with questions! I couldnt have made it thru the process without her!
