            We hired Elite Pool LLC too instal an above ground pool liner. We told him he needed to remove the rock around the pools edge. Well they didnt do ad we ask and there is numerous rocks under the liner. We paid $12000.00 for the job. He signed a hand written guarantee that e the jib would be done right and his part was for 5 years. He promised allot and dod not do the job correctly. We want our money back. He will not return our calls. ********************* needs to own up for what he did and either fix what he needs to fix or give us our money back. The only way you can show what we say is true is to get into the pool and walk around the edge of it. Some of the rocks are almost in the center. So that tells me he did not replace the bottom as he said he would.

            EG Elite was hired as a subcontractor in my bathroom remodel by my general contractor in ********, *****. **** informed my contractor that he was an insured contractor which was evidently a lie. After working on my bathroom initially and admitting to it not being a good job he spent several months blaming tile for being on backorder. When the tile was available he stalled again. After threatening to fire him he had his workers come out at which point they did a horrific drywall job in the shower area that actually had roofing screws coming out of my living room wall. His employees also ran into my carport and drove away without mentioning it. This has all been documented via text, and **** has admitted to wrongdoing. Now after I moved forward with firing both him and the contractor, my general contractor is being ignored with the request to be refunded the money paid to him ********************* is essentially a thief who left ********, ***** and moved to ******* in order to start another company.
