I had to have several upper teeth pulled and spent thousands of dollars, still making payments to finance company that paid them. The upper partial they made for me broke when just biting down on a small piece of *********'s been less than a year. Have had partials before that lasted me 10 years with no issues. Called to ask about having it fixed or replaced. Was treated like I had never been there by 2 staff members. When I told them I had spent thousands of dollars and was looking to be treated as such, I spoke to the Office Manager, ***. She arrogantly advised me that there would be no replacement or fix unless I was willing to drive from ******* to ******* *****, drop it off, and pay for whatever they had to do to fix it. Was also told I could go to the Aspen in ******* but would have to pay them to have it fixed. I asked who owned the Aspen in ******* and was told to call the corporate office if I had a complaint. Zero accountability by the staff. **************** is obviously not something they aspire to. These ladies could care less about your time or the fact that you pay huge amounts of money to them. I will see how it goes with ownership and what the corporate office has to say. Not a good look for Aspen Dental as a whole.
