I made an order for Six 3-packs of Grease Cutting Dish Soap on Lemi Shines website. The total for this order was $39.90. My order was delivered to my home. I only received partial of my order, and it arrived damaged. I only received Two 3-packs of the Grease Cutting Dish Soap, instead of Six 3-packs of the Grease Cutting Dish Soap. The package came damaged with soap dripping outside the box and all over inside the box. The same day it was delivered, I received an email on the same day from Lemi Shine saying my packaged had been delivered. I immediately replied to that email and told them about the damaged product and not receiving my entire order. I did not hear back from them. So I went to their website and they do not even have a phone number listed. I googled and found a couple. I've called both of those numbers 4 times each, only to get a overflow answering service. Each time they say they will forward my information and someone will get back with me. I've sent 3 emails to their customer care email address, and have never received a reply. I've filled out their "Contact Us" form 3 times, and still no reply. It's been over 34 days since my delivery and still no response. They do not even deserve 1 star. Horrible customer service. I know mistakes can happen. But I do not understand why they would never respond to this issue. I have photos of my delivery and door cam video of *** delivery guy leaving it at my door and wiping his hands on his pants to get the soap off.
