    We noticed our water in the apartment was not getting hot enough on Sunday December 17th. On Monday December 18th, a repair man showed up around 6pm looking for access to the hot water heater (which is not in our apartment) He then told us that he would get with ****** and have the hot water replaced Tuesday December 19th. It was not fixed on the 19th. I requested maintenance again on December 20th. I had not received any communication from our landlord regarding when the hot water heater would be replaced. I arrived in the office on Friday December the 22nd and am refusing to leave until the hot water heater is replaced. I pay $1,447.00 a month for this unit and Ive never been late or missed a payment. Im not in violation of the lease, but I believe they are.

    Frustrations at Renew Apartments: A Tale of Missed Calls and Broken Promises. At the heart of Midland, *****, lies Renew Apartments, a seemingly promising place to call home. However, for me, my experience with Renew Apartments has been far from satisfactory. Desperate to find a new place to live, I reached out to Renew Apartments, hoping for a smooth and efficient rental process. Little did I know that my journey would be filled with disappointment and frustration. After initiating contact with *****, a leasing assistant at Renew Apartments, I was initially impressed by her prompt and helpful responses. However, this glimmer of hope was short-lived, as ***** abruptly passed me off to another staff member, leaving me in a state of confusion. To make matters worse, the communication abruptly ceased, and no one from Renew Apartments bothered to follow up. My calls went unanswered, and our emails seemed to vanish into thin air. It became evident that Renew Apartments had little regard for potential tenants, displaying poor office etiquette and a lack of basic people skills. The frustration didn't end there. When I was able to fill out the lease, I was shocked to discover that the initial rental price quoted by *****, $1,160 a month, had suddenly skyrocketed to $1,370. This unexpected increase of $210 in just one day felt like a blatant price *****, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. When I reflected on this experience, I can't help but wonder who is running this poor business. Are they a group of indifferent individuals in suits and ties, solely focused on profit margins? It's a question that lingers, demanding attention and action. I believe that someone should step in and address the issues at Renew Apartments, holding them accountable for their poor treatment of potential tenants. Whether it be improving their office etiquette, enhancing communication skills, or clean house and ensuring transparency in pricing, a change is desperately needed.
