    AVOID this dishonest company. Their technician did not repair our furnace but tried to sell additional work not asked for. When I did not buy his sales pitch, he filed a false report to Choice Home Warranty who then refused to honor our contract. On the same day, another company sent a technician who repaired the furnace within 5 minutes of his arrival and confirmed that the ***************************** report to Choice was a lie.

    Hello sir * with all due respect I ask if you could please review your invoice once more as it clearly states there is a POSSIBLE CHANCE of damages caused by rodent infestation. Your house is infested with rodents and we did not want to touch anything to avoid any possible health issues due to the infestation of rodents . We also made it very clear and advised you to call a pest control company to remove all rodents . We have plenty of pictures and video showing rodent infestation and would be more than happy to share .

    Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The first time the tech came out if you want to call him a tech, he did not fix the issue, he had me change out my filter which needed to be changed, and he said that he would come after I changed out the filter. From that moment, I knew he did not know what he was doing, a dirty filter is one thing but it wont blow cold air from a dirty filter. The few times that the tech came to my home he stayed a maximum of about eight minutes for both trips. I begged my warranty company not to send that particular person or that company back out to my home and they insisted that they had to come back out , after he left my home the last time I woke up in the middle of the night to burning smoke and burning wires. Im really glad I woke up to turn the heat off before my house caught on fire, now Im sitting in a cold house with kids, and they said its my fault because of a dirty air filter, which was not even in the ** unit anymore. That was a brand new one in there. I wish I could give them zero stars or -0 stars.

    Hello sir * you can not just replace a 100% super clogged up filter that hasnt been changed since 2021 and expect your unit to run at maximum capacity with no more failures . The evap coil is now stopped up * the blower motor and wheel is super dirty and the system is now in really bad condition because of the neglect . Please dont blame us for your mistake of not keeping up with your filters and maintenance of the system . The technician explained all this to you and of course took pictures of everything and once your home warranty saw the pictures they immediately denied your claim . For further questions you can contact me lawyer this will be escalated to the next level
