    I am filing a complaint against Safari Towing, owned by *******************, for wrongfully towing my vehicle on December 7th and January 4th, despite compliance with parking rules. An agreement between my apartment complex and Safari Towing allows guest parking on the 4th floor, which was adhered to.Post-incident, ************ acknowledged the error and refunded one towing charge via Zelle. However, he has since been unresponsive to my attempts to recover the remaining amount. This unresolved issue has led to financial loss and distress.I have all necessary documentation, including guest parking instructions and receipts. The apartment complex's involvement secured the first refund, but further efforts to rectify the situation have been futile.I am hopeful that the BBB's intervention will prompt ************ to complete the refund process. Failing a satisfactory resolution through this complaint, I am prepared to seek legal counsel.Attached are the guest parking instructions, proving the validity of my claim. Your assistance in ensuring ethical business practices by Safari Towing and addressing this financial grievance is much appreciated.

    This towing company is a total nightmare. They are super unprofessional and never show up. They will make you wait over 2 hours, no communication and when you call to get any status nobody answers. When you text them they will just copy and paste the same message over and over again, and nothing is ever done. They are completely unprofessional

    Date: August 22, 2022 (First incident)
    I am a current resident at **** ******** apartments in **********, Texas. On the morning of 8/22/22, I went out to the parking garage to discover my car was missing. I called the parking management, *********** and learned that Safari Towing towed my car. I was informed that my car was towed because I was parked in "reserved" parking. After going to Safari Towing and paying $327.05 to have my car returned to me, I came back to my apartment to explained the situation. I was misinformed by my leasing agent regarding the parking signage in the parking garage--there are different signs indicating "reserved" parking. What I was told was the "brown" signs were left by the old management company and were not valid but the new "white signs" with "***********" indicate current/valid reserved spots. The evening my car was towed, I was parked in a spot with a "brown" sign. I do not feel that I am at fault due to the misinformation given to me by the leasing agent and I am seeking a refund for the cost to retrieve my car.

    On the morning of 8/25/22, I went out to the garage to find my car missing AGAIN. I called the parking management, *********** and learned that Safari Towing towed my car again, even though I live here and my car has been registered prior to moving in to the apartment complex back in July 2022. (I even verified with a leasing agent that my car was registered on 8/22/22 due to the above mentioned incident) No one could give me an answer as to why my car was towed. After calling numerous times to both *********** and Safari Towing they brought my vehicle back to me. However, I am seeking compensation as I had to miss work this day due to my missing vehicle. The three parties involved: 1) **** ********, 2) *********** and 3) Safari Parking keep telling me I need to talk to the other businesses involved and no one wants to take responsibility for either situations.
