    Would not recommend ANYONE DO BUSINESS with Fathom Reality or ***************************** ******* is OLD RACIST TRAILER PARK TRASH. I would not recommend ANYONE do business with her. She chased me down in traffic smashed into the back of my car driving. Called the police acted like a *****. I have to keep calling EVERYONE at FATHOM REALITY to get in contact with her.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO BUSINESS WITH ANY ONE LIKE THIS

    This was probably one of the weirdest experiences I have ever had with a realtor, and I have dealt with a lot of realtors...good and bad, over the years. I had three questions about a property I wanted answered, and the only thing they cared about was if I needed one of their realtors, which I don't have a realtor, but I said I think I did so they wouldn't bother me about using one of their realtors. I just had three questions. She literally ignored me when I asked if they were going to answer my questions after she realized I wasn't going to use one of their realtors. Never received a response. I do not recommend this place. This is the second time I have asked questions about a specific property through them in the last month, and we were planning to do a cash offer on this property, but we will look elsewhere, as they apparently can't be bothered to answer a question. We definitely don't need the house that badly. Absolutely bizarre. I have never experienced this weirdness.

    My agent was lazy and falsified information the entire time. When I spoke to their manager he was receptive at first and tried to help. He gave me another agent whose contract and fees were much higher than the other agent. When questioned the new agent said those were his rates and that was it. Our house never sold. We got no information on showings and zero advertising for open houses. When we finally were able to get out of our contact after 2 weeks of fighting. The agent left their sign and lock box at our home for another 2 weeks and we had to request removal. Do not use this company!

    If this company hires the type of person that is an agent here in the Rogers, AR office.... I can completely understand why they have such low reviews on Google. Don R********* is the agent I am refering to. IF he is as crappy of a Realtor as he is a slumlord...oops I mean landlord.... I would HIGHLY NOT recommend him! He will not fix multiple broken A/C units (ongoing issue the last several years) on his rental units in Pea Ridge and tells the repair people to charge it to the tenants even though the repair people have noted many units need replaced due to multiple age related issues. I know AR has crap renters rights but come on... why would you not want to keep up your property and keep good tenants in your property...."I would never recommend Don R********* with Fathom Realty in Bentonville. We listed our parents' home with him as the broker and Sarah as the agent. The house was only on the MLS for 1 day because they said there were buyers and they had a contract. The property was to stay on the MLS list but was removed. When I asked for a copy of the contract several months later it was non-existent. He, of course, represented the buyers as well. We feel like we were scammed by him and stuck in a year long contract, in which time they never did what they said they would do for marketing. It was as if he had a personal vendetta against our family with his lying about the buyers and being strung along, basically for 8 months. Finally the agent saw what Don was doing and left to work for a different Fathom Realty in Rogers. Glad she got out when she did. And no, the house never sold!! Horrible, unethical, lousy realtor never to be recommended!"

    Ashley D**** of Fathom Realty did all she could to sell my home, but when her husband, who she hired as my mortgage broker, dropped the ball on the loan for my new home purchase, she ghosted me. She didn't return my phone calls or text messages, didn't ask final key exchange with the buyer of my home, and didn't attempt to get my earnest funds returned to me. She breached her services. There was an extreme lack of empathy and communication with me during a time of panic. I do not recommend her or Fathom Realty.
