This company seems to have various tiers, but is owned by the same person. This Bryson person says he is the business owner and product manager for the DFW Fence Pro and the DFW Paint/Drywall Pro. I have the WORST experience with this company and I do not recommend doing business with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This company has poor quality work, too expensive for the job, inadequate billing and poor customer service and lack of follow-through! I would not recommend this company! I contacted this company to complete my new gates, fix my broken/stripped wood pieces and replace fixtures. The overall order wasn't clear or itemized so when the crew showed up 2 days late and showed up without providing a call prior to arrival, the crew didn't have all the instructions to complete the job! I should not as the customer have to babysit a crew, but that's what you'll have to do with this company. It was not done accurately- where the new fixtures were painted over and not placed on correctly and I was extremely overcharged for one new gate being replaced and not two as originally told. The crew cut pieces into my old wood "to make it work" and I now have extra holes in the new wood pieces they did put in due to the crew putting on the fixtures incorrectly. How do you not know how to install fixtures correctly? When I called multiple times, no one answered but the receptionist. Then I was told to text the pictures I had so that a Bryson could look at it and then never got a phone call back to resolve after calling and leaving voicemails, but they got their money. It's poor quality work, too expensive for the job, inadequate billing and poor customer service and lack of follow-through. I would not recommend this company. Bryson then called me the next day early morning, based upon my review that I wrote on google, after having tried to ask for a call back several times, and he stated he was the owner of DFW Fence Pro and the Production Manager. He was beyond rude, abrasive, condescending and completely unprofessional! The job was done in poor quality and was over charged for the work. His entire attitude and lying about the work to be done, due to another employee quitting on him, was down right unprofessional! He hung up on me after me trying to explain to him what occurred and he did not want to listen at all! Do not do business with them unless you want to get taken advantage of! Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional!
