    Terrible!!! I ordered a part, paid for the part, paid shipping and paid tax. Received a receipt. Total was $215.77. Then the dealership emailed me that they needed to add $240.00 more for shipping. Claimed it was due to size of the part. It was insulation. Couldnt weigh more than 10lbs. And its not like the size changed after I ordered it and paid their original shipping quote. Complete scam and trying to steal money. Crooked and corrupt. I canceled my card to ensure they werent trying to steal numbers.

    The service department had my 23 Jeep Grand Cherokee for 3 weeks and 2 days. 10/30/23 to 11/22/23. They replaced the faulty rain sensor, defective driver side front leather seat cover and passenger side front leather seat back cover. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed the leather seat back cushion on the passenger side was wrinkled and wavy. The ladys working the front desk called the tech to the drive to address it. The tech was very arrogant and his breath smelled like alcohol. He advised me that the leather would straighten out in about a week. He seemed unhelpful and hurried to leave as it was the day before Thanksgiving. When I left, I noticed the driver seat heater would not come on. I didnt feel comfortable taking my vehicle back to McKinney Jeep so I called ******** in ********** **. They have had it a week and found that the tech from McKinney Jeep did not plug back in the driver heater, and when he replaced the seat back cover on the passenger side he damaged the actual foam which is why the leather cover was wrinkled and wavy and he also broke the heating element. He knowingly installed it back and did not care that he damaged and broke the foam and heater. He didnt even check the driver side to see if that heater worked. I will not ever use their service drive again. ******** also advised me that they should have used heat on the leather to make it relax or send it to an upholstery shop where they have a machine to stretch the seat cover over the foam and apply heat. Im glad ******** found the issue with it and have ordered a new passenger seat foam and the heating element.
