      The agent I spoke with was very informative was very explanatory in everything, very patient wasn't badgered or bullied in to taking the policy and had options whether or not you wanted to keep the policy or not it was not going to be a problem

      I met with a new sales agent to get a quote on a policy and was given false information on company terms and policies. My husband got a letter in the mail for a policy in his name and all my information on forms I've never seen before. After filing for a divorce my ex and his attorney decided to use the insurance forms as evidence to spread false allegations and demanded charges be brought against me in hopes of influencing the custody and financial situation in our divorce. This agent that was only around one week unsupervised lied to investigators and I was arrested with ****** Bond charges for felony insurance fraud damaging my reputation, background, relationship with my children and the legal fees and cost. All over a quote. Don't use this Company if you enjoy your freedom or if you filed for a divorce.       Globe Life Family Heritage was there for me 20 years ago and now theyre here for me once again. Cancer is very invasive and personal. Thank goodness for this company. Their agents have always been extremely helpful.Thank you ****** *******

      No clear information. All you can see that's through an agent even after getting the policy still can't see or log in in your account. Very confusing and fishy!!!Not a good and patient customer service!!! Waste of money! Saving in a piggy bank is more safe and beneficial!!! Very pushy and convincing!!!! Don't be fooled by them!!

      **** ***** and his ***** ****** were charmers when they came into my business. It wasnt until allowed them to call me later that I began to have reservations. After getting through their spiel, I indicated I needed time to review my finances. Instead, I was badgered, even at my place of business, and they attempt to bully me into decision making. When I said STOP and no more, they forged my signature and opened a policy in my name anyways! I have contacted my bank.

      Had their best coverage decided to drop to the middle of the road coverage was told by an agent (**** ******) I was covered for the rest of the month and wont be charged again for a month. mind you this was in the middle of the month. Here comes the first of the next month and Im getting charged again. This guy is a scam artist would not recommend doing business with this company. They dont take phone calls and when they do they dont stand behind their own words.
