      To Whom It May Concern,I am filing this formal complaint against American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) for their failure to honor my repeated and long-standing request to cancel two of my policies and release their corresponding cash values. Policy Numbers: CD9946484 CD2137899 I initially requested the full cancellation and cash surrender of these policies in late March 2025. Since then, I have followed up multiple times, primarily with a representative named *****, but have received no formal confirmation, clear communication, or proper documentation regarding the status of my request. This has now been ongoing for over three months, with no resolution in ******** make matters worse, in July 2025, I received a notice of a missed payment in June on these policiesdespite the fact that I had automatic payments set up through my debit account, and despite already having initiated the cancellation request months prior. This has raised serious concerns regarding AILs internal processes and *************** my most recent communication with AIL, I reiterated the following points:I am requesting immediate cancellation of the above-mentioned policies and full release of their cash value.I do not authorize any further billing, charges, or loans against these policies.Only my remaining policies with living benefits are to remain active.I expect written confirmation and a clear disbursement timeline within 48 hours of my final notice.Despite these efforts, I have not received a satisfactory response. AILs lack of action has not only caused undue stress and inconvenience, but it may also result in potential financial harm, especially since the funds are urgently needed following a major life event.I am requesting the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and help ensure that American Income Life fulfills their contractual and ethical obligations in a timely and responsible manner.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.Sincerely,*****

      On July 9 and 10, 2025, I received unsolicited calls, texts, and emails from ******************** who identified himself as a recruiter under the ****** Organization, affiliated with ********** and American Income Life (AIL). Mr. ********** falsely claimed I had applied for a job, which I had not. When questioned, he admitted that he was using my publicly available information to contact me for recruiting purposes, without my consent.I immediately requested that he stop all contact, and that request was clear and documented. Despite this, Mr. ********** continued contacting me the next day, violating my written opt-out and demonstrating disregard for my privacy and preferences.I emailed *********** privacy office on July 10 requesting an investigation, removal of my personal data, and a commitment to cease communication. I also left voicemails for Mr. *********** supervisor, ***** ******. I have received no response from either party.This situation reflects a pattern of misrepresentation, unauthorized use of personal data, and failure to respect consumer privacy. It also shows a lack of accountability and oversight by ********** and AIL. This is not a legitimate job offer but appears to be an attempt to recruit people into commission-based insurance sales roles under false pretenses. I never gave permission to be contacted for such purposes.I am seeking immediate removal of my data, written confirmation that no further contact will be made, and an explanation for why my complaint was ignored. I expect Globe Life and AIL to take responsibility for the conduct of their representatives and improve their recruiting and privacy practices.

      My family had an emergency and we called AIL to get info on the cancelation policy or options. I spoke with two people about my sons life insurance and they pulled up his account with his last name and dob and said they pulled up his account but couldn't proceed further until my husband was with me, per he is is on the account. When I called with my husband on the phone, I spoke with *** **** from the ***************** whom was extremely rude, made it impossible to access our sons life insurance. I have been with AIC aince 2015, we have never had this issue. The *** kept saying even though my husband is giving verbal consent for me to provide the policy details he could not speak with me. When my husband tried to give him the info, **** kept acting as if he didn't understand what my husband was spelling out, my husband tried multiple times, so I tried to intervene and help and the *** said he couldn't have a "3rd party" help, how rude was this? I then told the *** **** how the other ***s were able to pull it and after telling him the prev ***s were able to find the policy multiple times he was open to speak with me, when I gave him the last name and dob again (per he was having trouble hearing my husband apparently,)**** concluded that we had no such account, I even had him spell out and read back the Dob and last name in out account. I told him I wanted to speak with a supervisor and he said no-one was available and denied anyone else in the cancelation to help me. HOW CAN ****** work in the cancelation **** and not know how to find someone's policy? Or give a family trouble to access their account when they are on the phone with their spouse next to them? This life Insurance is not recommended if you cant even access your son's policy. Very sad. And I hope to hear from someone soon. Thank you

      This company CONTINUALLY calls me and harasses me to buy insurance claiming to be calling me as I am a member of the American Legion in ****** OH I told them SEVERAL TIMES I AM NOT BUYING ANYTHING EVER but they keep calling. I want ALL CALLS TO STOP!!!!!

      I canceled my insurance back in April 28th 2025. I was told that I would receive the forms in the mail with 7 days. I never received it but I did receive a bill. I called again and I was told that I should receive the forms and my cash value was $65. 1 am in the morning I got an email from a sales representative stating that they are going to bill me at $135 so they can reinstate me. I called and I responded to that email. Within 20 minutes of my request I received a email that my cash value was $25.00. I sent out a email expressing my not so Christian feelings and with in an hour they sent me documents to sign by email to reinstate a policy that they will not cancel.

      American Income Life Insurance Company ha s failed to pay out on Five (5) Life insurance policies. My wife and I , ***** D. ***** and ***** L ***** executed the Surrender/Pay out documents sent by Docusign on 10 June 2025 and confirmed the receipt on 11 June 2025. We were told it would take 3 to 5 days to process then 3 to 5 days for the funds to be transferred, we clearly requested ACH and included a *** of a deposit slip, but give them until 24 June 2025. On 25 June 2025 I checked our bank account however no deposit had been made. When I called AIL they said they could not open the *** of the deposit slip for my account, but they could read my wife's( exactly the same ***) and they cut a check to her. Then they realized we had asked for *** and put a stop payment on her check, a check there is no evidence ever existed. I asked docusign if there was a problem in transmitting any of my paperwork and they said there was none. I had requested copies of both sets of paperwork from Docusign and was able to open all files, 25 June 2025 I faxed a complete set of paperwork to AIL and confirmed the receipt. At that time I asked to speak to a Manager and left a voicemail, The Call was never returned. On 1 july 2025 I was able to speak to a "Resolution Specialist". After she spoke to someone in the "back office" she found that AIL does not accept personalized deposit slips a a means to verify an account for ACH. This was not disclosed and no one from *** ever reached out to inform us of this. We were told checks were being issued and we would be given the verification of being mailed would be given to us the afternoon of 1 july 2025. It is now the afternoon of 3 July 2025. I have made 3 calls and left 2 voice mails, sill no confirmations and sill no checks, With all the "errors" and ever changing stories I now believe American Income Life is intentionally delaying payment or possibly has no intention in paying at all.

      Policy ******* was surrendered on June 16th, 2025,per the insureds request.  Check #****** in the amount of $11,896.43 was issued to the policy owner.  The check was voided and check #****** in the same amount was issued on June 26th, 2025.  The check was voided.  The surrender amount of $11,896.43 was deposited via ACH deposit on July 7th, 2025.

      Policy ******* was surrendered on June 16th, 2025,per the insureds request.  Check #****** in the amount of $9,165.26 was issued to the policy owner.  The check was voided and check #****** in the same amount was issued on June 26th, 2025.  The check was voided.  The surrender amount of $9,165.26 was deposited via ACH deposit on July 7th, 2025.

      All polices have been cancelled and surrendered.  Please see attached documentation.  We hope to have addressed Mr. ****** concerns.  Please let our office know if we can be of further assistance.

      This company claims to be somebody that is in possession of my information from the dark web claiming that I need to purchase identity protection from them and that they are partnered with Experian and a also suggested they took legal action in my name in a written document that I have in my possession right now and I called them and I asked them to tell me who they reported my issue with and they could not answer that question because they never reported it to law enforcement and it was all a scam and they're doing this under a proxy company called American income Life insurance company and it's a proxy company from Experian and they're doing this to scam people out of money

      American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) recently mailed a letter to Mr. ********* about an allegation that someone had obtained unauthorized access to AIL data.

      To date, our investigation has not confirmed any unauthorized activity on company systems.

      Mr. *********, and all potentially affected policyholders, received the letter notifying them of the allegation and investigation.

      As a courtesy, AIL offered a free 24-month subscription for credit monitoring services from Experian. The instructions for enrolling in Experians monitoring services were included with the letter.

      I am getting numerous calls per day, all from different numbers and from different states from **** who are trying to set up a meeting to discuss certificates for the claims process. I have never paid for a policy and they have me listed with my maiden name I haven't had in 16 years. They can't answer any of my questions of who and when this policy was opened. I keep asking them to stop calling and I continue to get harassing calls numerous times per day. I block the number and they just call from a different one. I have asked them to mail my any documents they have or need me to review and that I will not provide any information over the phone. I would like them to either mail me my policy info like I have asked or I do not want to receive any more phone calls

      Review of American Life Insurance Policy Extremely Disappointed I purchased a policy from American Life Insurance (********), but within a week realized I didnt need it. I called their customer service to cancel the policy over the phone because it hadnt been finalized through underwriting yet. The representative assured me it was cancelled and that no charges would be made to my account.Weeks later, I noticed a debit of $108.11 from American Life Insurance. I immediately issued a stop payment through my bank and called the company. They claimed they had no record of my cancellation, but said they would "send a message to the cancellation team."I was already frustrated that my initial cancellation wasnt honored. However, what made this worse was that today I received a text saying they would try to draft my account again for $108.11, since it "didnt go through last time."I responded to the text stating that my policy was cancelled and I did not authorize any further charges. I also called again, and the new representative again had no notes or record of my previous cancellation *********** this point, Im extremely upset and feel like theyre deliberately ignoring my cancellation to keep charging me. Its completely unacceptable to be told your policy is cancelled, only to find out later that nothing was processed and your bank account is still being targeted.This experience has been frustrating, misleading, and feels deceptive. I would not recommend American Life Insurance to anyone.

      We would like to thank Ms. ***** for allowing us to respond.  Our records show that Ms. ***** called our office on June 4, 2025 to request the cancellation of the applications recently submitted for her and her spouse.  As requested, the applications were withdrawn and letters dated June 4, 2025 were sent to the address on the application, which corresponds with the address provided by Ms. ***** in her communication with the Better Business Bureau, confirming the withdrawal of the applications and informing her that a refund of the initial premium received would be credited to the bank account provided on the application within the next 15 days.

      On June 11, ************************************************************************************************************************************** ****** request was handled the same day her phone call was received and letters confirming the cancellation of the coverage were mailed in a timely manner to the customers correct address. No coverage remains pending or active for the ****** with our Company.
