      Terrible company refuses to cancel your policy even after following sending in the proper paperwork. Keeps harrassing me with bills for a policy I cancelled.

      OMG, this is by far the worst insurance company under the sun. are they Globe Life? are they American Income Life Ins. *** they say they are part of Globe Life, but the rates are so dramatically different. I ran into so many problems right at the beginning, so I cancelled on 6/26/25. they said my refund ck would be mailed out and it is now 7/30 and I still don't have it.. I spend more time on the phone with them then I should have to. the employees are trained to say anything to pacify the customer and I'm sick to death of being jerked around.BEWARE

      Impossible to cancel policies. I lost my job and called to cancel the life insurance policy. They said they would send me the paperwork by email but never did. Then they took a loan out under my name against my account to pay for the policy that I canceled a month ago. So they don't let you cancel and then steal your account value to pay for policy that I canceled.

      Do not sign up for insurance with this company. They will harass you about policy updated. They are not honest and you will regret it. You will have the hardest time trying to cancel with them and they will steal from you financially

      I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated by ****** **** and his team. I was called on July 24th to set up an appointment to talk about changes to my coverage. After that call was over, she called my twice to let me know my spouse needed to be on the call as well. I told her my spouse has little to do with my life insurance. She then asked me if I discuss my financial business with my husband. That was complete inappropriate to ask and frankly, none of their business. Then I get a call from ****** **** 3 hours after our scheduled appointment, where he told me the company was over doubling my monthly rate. When I told him I was not paying 90$ a month as a 28 year old person, he asked me if I was okay with my family paying for my funeral if I had an untimely death. I was so appalled by that question that I told him to cancel my life insurance. I will not be harassed by phone (because this company calls several times a week) just to be talked to like that for a service I PAY FOR.And after some quick searching, I am able to get move coverage for less at other places.

      After an absurd amount of call I asked to be removed from the call list as I was nit the account holder they were trying to reach. I have since received messages from this company stating verbatim :"We see that youve read our messages, and we want to inform you that the system will continue calling and texting until a meeting is scheduled. Please dont blame us for the calls and texts, as they wouldnt occur if we could reach you." It is Completely unprofessional for a company send send out messages that basically say "We are going to keep harassing you even though you have already asked to be removed from out list". On top of this is still receive an alarming amount of texts all from different numbers but with thw same message: that ***** from American Income Life is trying to reach ******** and would like to schedule a zoom. I do not have an account with this ********************** and the harassment needs to stop.

      One of their employees, ***** ******, foraged my signature and opened a policy without my consent in 2022. It took months to get my refund. AND if that isnt enough, I still get calls every 4-6 months from this company despite asking to be taken off the caller list. It has been YEARS since I declined and at this point it is harassment. I should have sued when I had the chance.

      American income life is the worse company to deal with. I been trying to get a refund of my fraudulently enforced policy. Me and my wife signed up in Nov 2024. December I was denied. So in January we found better and more coverage with a great company. In January, the salesman called said he found another policy. I told him no thank we have our own. February comes they bill me for a policy I never gave permission to enforce. I have sent multiple emails canceling a policy that was never should have been enforced in the first place. Now they're trying to deny me, my refund from a policy i never. ****** to pay for it, do not go with this company. A bunch of liars, I just can't trust this company. Don't do it

      I have already sent an email to pos@life on 05/01/2025 with no resolve but deception. Email sent Subject: Immediate Cancellation of Policies Due to Fraudulent Conduct Dear American Income Life I am writing to demand the immediate cancellation of both my insurance policy and that of my wife ***** ******/******, ******** and ********, due to fraudulent activity involving your sales personnel. We have reason to believe that material misrepresentations and/or deceptive practices were employed by ***, which fundamentally compromise the legitimacy and trustworthiness of the agreements we entered into. Such conduct is unacceptable and breaches the principles of good faith upon which insurance contracts are based. The original sales representative, ******* H. ********* (MO-S-S-PARKSSALVAGGWM669), was unable to complete the sale. His manager, ***, then took over and finalized the policy. Initially, I was denied coverage. However, on February 11, 2025, at 2:22 PM, *** contacted me stating that I had now been approved for a policy. I explicitly declined the offer during that call. Despite this clear refusal, I was billed on February 28, 2025, without my consent or authorization. This constitutes fraudulent activity and a breach of trust.

      Horrible! I cannot access my account, cannot log in, at all! Called customer service to cancel after I received a letter that my minor, child's, information had been compromised! There was no option to cancel just an option for policy change. After waiting for a half hour I was told I had to be transferred!!! Not only that, after a policy upgrade I was removed from the account and was told due to HIPPA they could not talk to me about my child's information and they could only talk to my husband! I initiated the account and upgraded it!!! Then come to find out the upgrade was not even in their system even though it occurred over 1.5 years ago! Then they tell me they have to look into the change and I'm transferred back to the main phone number to start all over again! I'm livid and so disappointed in the company, customer service, account database, lack of responsibility for sensitive information and the inability to cancel without going through all the hassle!
