            January 12 2023 Booked reservation online for $56.16 Plus a $50 deposit All on debit card January 13 ********************************* person for same room paid for another day with my original $50 deposit carried on to this days charge And January 14 2023 $50 charge And $150 charge And they keep trying to charge my same debit card for $250 multiple times For damages to the room that are not true and for smoking in the room when I never smoked in the room and they should have video of us clearly going outdoors throughout the days and nights to smoke cigarettes

            The room had roaches and leaking faucets and toilet. The management is rude and refused to give me a refund when i tried to check out. They referred to my family and I as "you people" which i found very unprofessional and derogatory seeing how we are POC. The male yelled at me and my children when we asked for a key to re enter the room in order to retrieve our belongings. The female accused us of breaking things that were already damaged in room prior to us being there. Days Inn in McKinney not only needs to be shutdown completely, especially with the drug and other criminal activity (prostitution) as well as psych patients roaming all night yelling. But if not shut down at least investigated and suspension of ability to rent rooms until they are brought up to code. I hope to see the Health Dept and BBB get involved with this property because it is indeed an eyesore and no one deserves to be treated the way we have been treated as paying customers.
